im a twin too!!! talk to her. flirt. give her some eye contact in the halls, maybe touch her arm or stomach or something. be playful and flirty. and DO NOT CALL HER THE WRONG NAME! if youre already past that point, ask her if she wants to HANG OUT. if youre friends with her friends, suggest a night out like movies or bowling. BE FLIRTY! maybe text/call her ALSO!

Well flirt wit her and give her tips that u like her. Smile at her and say hi when ever u see her. If she doesnt get it after a week or 2 then she is dumb! Hope this helps.

Well........... If you know her already, just become better friends and then ask her in a cool way. I first asked my female friend by giving her a sucker with a note attached "I'm a sucker for you, will you go to the movies with me?" After more dates, ask her to be your girlfriend.
