I am 4'7'' and 76-78 pounds, am i fat? I want this really cute guy to pay attention to me and I am pretty I guess but my figure isn't all that great. I want to impress him on Valentines Day at school and hope that he says something positive. Maybe "You look nice" or a simple "Happy Valentines Day." I pciked out a Valentines Day themed outfit that is pink and kinda frilly that goes with the holiday. How do I make him pay attention or at least talk to me?

First of all, that sounds like a good weight for your height. Don't you dare diet!!
The best way to get a guy to notice you is to be confident. Don't go out of your way to get his attention.
A good way to get him to talk to you is to talk to him first! No one says the girl has to passively wait for a guy to talk to her. Maybe throw a flirty "Happy Valentine's Day" over your very confident shoulder at him.

your head is fat because you're not looking at this situation the right way! why is it that girls try to get all pretty and expect the guy to take initiative. you go up and say happy valentines day and you say you look nice. eesh
