we have been like this for 9 months we talk everyday his job is 24hours training recruits to be marines so i don't see him that much we've talked about being official but my friends keep interfering with us and he dosn't like it they have done alot of damage so he doesn't feel comfortable with me. my friends will call him and cuss him out saying things that i never said starting all kinds of drama and then say that they are playing with him and i want him to forgive me for my friends actions they get very childish sometimes one of my friends ruined my 4 year relationship because of their actions i don't want it to happen again. he tells me all the time how i am perfect for him and how i'm wife material but my friends are in the way he's afraid that it will rub off on me. no rude comments please this situation is soo frustrating for me i'm ready to make it official even though his job keeps him busy. how can i get him to trust me and make it official?

First things first why are your friends talking to him like that in the first place? I'm sorry but if they've ruined your relationships before why would you stay friends with them regardless of how they treat you at other times. Second if hes a marine trainer why would he care what they say? I'm quite sure being a trainer he gets more than enough back talk from them, never mind his love's friends. Just talk to him about it and keep it quite from your friends if you have to, or just get new friends.

find friends that dont run your life for you, that will be a good start. if they dont leave him alone, they are disrespecting yuor wishes, and therefor disrespecting you.
ditch those people you call friends.
friends have opinions, but dont run your life. its your life, so stick with the trash or live it your way. misery loves company, and thats why they are trying to ruin your life. I cant believe they have already wrecked one relationship and you still call them friends. are they the only woman in your town?
move into the guys life, meet military wives, and live in a collective of similar minds.

You need to set your friends straight and put them in their place. They have their relationships but you can not have one due to their behavior toward someone you like. That is not friendly behavior on their behalf it is actually being selfish.
