the first thing to say is to compliment her on her outfit or looks.women or gurls like to be complimented and they like a guy who is actually interested in her for her not just to get in her pants.so just don't act horny and talk bout thinks that make sence not anyhting sexual ok

you should just walk up to her and say hi and maybe ask her about the party.you could complement on her clothes like tell her how she looks and be as polite as possible.
