my mom is driving me insane im 17 and still live at home.... but we had a fight last night about her actions.. this is how it goes. she has been married and divorced 3 times to 3 different guys. and inbetween them, she's dated sooo many guys. i can name them all..in order.. and theres ...theres over 14 guys in the span of just a few years. she brings them into the house and they hang around all the time and im sick of it. her 3rd divorce was final 3 days ago and she is already seeing two guys. .. we got into a fight last night because i said "your boyfriend is on the phone" and she goes "you embarrassed me ..im ashamed of you " and i exploded. i said instead of thinking about me and my actions, you should think about how many boyfriends you've brought into this house when you JUST got divorced, and how slutty you're acting and what kind of example you're setting!" did i do the right thing? im just sick of it. how do i deal with this and what more can i do? PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!

How do i convince my mother to find her a new man? She loves the man she is with, with all her heart and they have been together for a while but he just doesn't treat her the way a woman should be treated. He isn't abusive, he just doesn't give her the attention and affection and consideration that she deserves.

I see her cry everytime there is a special occasion and he gets her nothing or gets her something stupid even after she tells him what she would like or hints to what she wants. They never do anything together. They hardley ever are intimate and I know my mother has a very passionate desire in her.

I have tried to talk to her but it goes in one ear and out the other. My mother is not just my mother but my best friend as well and my heart aches for her and I get so upset when she crys about something he did or didn't do. She does everything for him and gets nothing in return but he says he loves her. She doesn't need this kind of love! How can I help my mother?

so a cute boy @ work (who doesn't work with me) asked me, "if i wanted to join him for dinner (pizza)"

I construed that question as a date, and although I like him, I didn't want it to be a date.

so when I did finally return his call (24 hrs later), the conversation went like this...

me: "Hi! How are you doing?"
him: *replies. casual talk*
me: "When you asked me about dinner and pizza....if that's a date ...i'm...not interested."
him: "Oh...well I was just asking for pizza."
me: "Oh...I must have read it wrong"
him & me: *more chatter*
me: "So what are you doing now?"
him: "oh taking out hte trash"
me: "that's always important
him: "What are you doing now?"
me: "going out with a girlfriend.."
sometinge else and that's all..

Did I read him wrong? Should I have just gone out to pizza with him? I don't want to date him (yet), but I don't want him to get offended....your thoughts?

this boy i went out was bit too perfect he did eveything so neat and was a control freak kept tellin me what to do he was gettin on my nerves so much i was about to lose it ! never again will ever go out wit someone like that again.

My girlfriend & I had a discussion last night about her male friend who said something 2 her over her cell phone that I overheard because her cell phone is so loud. They smoke, I don't, she asked if she could go over 2 his place 2 get happy, he said why don't U come over here & make me happy. I told her that didn't make me feel good after she was gone for 25 minutes. After our hashing out of the situation, she threw away her thong, said it was holey. I looked @ it later, & they were completely fine. Y would a woman do that? Y would a woman throw away perfectly good underwear? could it be because I had questioned her fedility? She became so upset after my concerns, that she threw her thong away because they would remind her of my jealousy? What do you think? I have yet 2 address this issue with her, but when I do, how would B a good way 2 do it?

If yes ...why are you ... or why do you keep them as friends.. ?

As foul weather friends are basically the friends that are always jealous of you ... and hate it when you are doing well, but always there to ''comfort you'' in a disaster or crisis... in their smug manner...

..this is not really aimed at guys.

Why would anyone not be happy ... if their friend was doing well ??

I was just sitting listening to music in study hall when some random girl shows up and gives me assumingly one of her friends' phone numbers. I know two things about the persons phone number: 1 her name 2. what she looks like AND THATS IT! This is my friend's account btw. I am an 18 yr old guy in high school and I really like this girl. The thing is she likes ugly guys. She likes guys like Slash, the singer from red hot chili peppers, Benicio del toro and Aragon from lord of the rings. I have been told I am a pretty boy. She likes rough guys. Stubble etc. She's 16 so is this weird? She is really beautiful but she doesnt know it. She doesnt wear makeup and has a flawless face, as for her figure cant really tell because she wears jeans, t shirts and cargo pants most of the time. She isnt popular either. One guy asked her out recently and she said no. I think she refused because he was popular and a pretty boy. I know she isnt shallow but I dont think she trusts popular people. I just want her to notice me. I'm sort of popular. Do you think I should grow my hair or something?

I've met a guy in a cell phone chat room. I'm absolutely crazy about him we chat for hours on the phone and I'd love to meet him. Problem is he lives over a thousand km away. We've disscussed meeting and we probably will in a few months but that is only 1 meeting then what? It will never work but I can't help it I just love talking to him.

I'm trying to figure out if how my dad treated me is what made me shy or shyer. Be specific. I was scared to death of my dad, he yelled alot, he would get in my face and not let me go 'till I answered to his satisfaction, he spanked us when little and after threatened with violence. He made problems out of nothing. I heard that if a girl doesn't feel good in her own home she won't feel good about herself, I guess this applies to boys too. So I imagine that's where my parent's constantly fighting fits in. He did care about us but he was too strict so actions spoke louder than words. Let me know if you are male or female.

My boyfriend and I have been together for 1 1/2 years. We met online, he's from Seattle, me Milwaukee. It was great at first. Real and it felt honest. A year ago, it died. No sex, all the physicalness on his side stopped. He said it was him. I accepted that answer. Well, it's still stopped. No sex, little kisses good morning but the worst part is Myspace and emails. He keeps everything a secret. He's missed at least a day week from work for the past month. He says he's fixing or doing something at home (and he is home all day) but sits on the computer all day. He has 25 girls in his IM yahoo and now is chatting on Myspace. He says they are friends, but honestly they get more conversation and time with him then I do. He sleeps alot, takes a nap everyday at 4PM I get home at 5PM and make dinner, he sleeps. He says he's tired all the time and makes excuses not to have sex with me. I am very worried. HELP

I have been so stressed with going to work full time and school (college) full time and trying to have some kind of life with my boyfriend. I have been so ill and sleepy....its like not matter what I can't get enough sleep. I just feel so bad all the time. My house is messy because I never have time to clean I never have time to see my family or my boyfriend. I am just so stressed. Is there a way to destress? I hope you don't think I am a nasty person as I don't think I am but I would appreciate your opinions on this. If you liked a person and you knew they had a boyf or girlf would you still try to get closer to them?
