I have just asked the question about legal separation, but I did not realize that I forgot to ask for another advice. My husband and I agreed he either give me a lump sum in a form of check or he will buy a house in my name. If he gives a check does he have to gove it to me in the lawer's presence? Also what if my husband tells the lawyer he will buy a house, and the lawyer will include his promise in the Separation Agreement, but later my husband change his mind. What can I do then?

Why am I so shy to approach guys? In 12 yrs of marriage there have been a few violent fights between me and my husband.One he choked me when I was 8 mths pregnant and another he charged me,i fell and got a concussion. The others I feel equally responsible for because I was just as physical. He always knit picks at petty things about me like, I smell like an ashtray( i smoke) so does he, my coffee stinks in the morning, says that I can't make a decision to save my life (when this is actually him),says hurtful things and then says that its me because I don't get his sense of humor,once told me that having sex with me was too much work, always seems irritable and aggravated,but denies there is anything wrong. Refuses to spend any quality time with me,such as a date. keeps making excuses, any attempts I do to make our marriage better he is a road block.I know this sounds crazy,even to me, but does something seems wrong with this picture?part of me says this relationship is messed up, other parts of me says maybe its me

So, 2 days before my birthday i get a call that my now ex is not feeling the same she used to. Now i knew that i might have drawn her to this point because she had just turned 21 and was exposed to bar life, an lately she has been going out and im the typical over protective jealous boyfriend cause im worried about her and dont want anything to happen. Well, i thought that is what drawed her away from me i think wrong, well on her 21st my friend that i thought was my friend admittly drunk that he was in love with her and do any whatever to break us up. Well 2 months later we broke up. later after we broke up to find out he had always been there when i wasnt not knowing if anything is happening but once we broke up suppsoively they started sleeping with each other and now they're still together over 1 month past break up supposively. ive given her space trying to keep it short on comunication. id love to have her back but why? and she wants to be friends but how? Could she love me again

hi im 14, i know this is long be please read to get a full understanding of wht im goin through and please please please give me tips. I go to a public school i am a freshman and my gardes are at 3 A's 4B's and i am in two advanced classes. i really like this girl but she doesnt even know who i am. Im in basketball through the city. I get board a lot. i have only 2 main friends. and am in 2 groups of people. People say i am really funny but i freeze up when it comes to girls. I am sooooo consintrated on money and i dont want to be. Everbody knows i have like 1500 dollars and are asking me for money or getting them stuff. i dont mind if i get somebody something but they tell other people and they assume they will get it for free also. I sold my psp to a kid that i thaught i knew but he has only paid me 100$ out of the 190$ and says that he is trying to get the rest of from a friend. So im going to borrow it and not give it back until he pays me (is that right)

I would like to get married spring of my first year of college. The man is a year and a half older; he is going to graduate high school this year while I'll still have another year. He is going to a local college until I can leave. Then we plan on going out of state together.

We are both more mature than those we see at our age. Many of my friends don't have any hopes or dreams..they just go to concerts and smoke. I love to read and study, as does he.

My boyfriend and I are very ambitious and won't stop trying until we get where we want to be. We have both always been..more adult than child. He just had a strong, intelligent family while I had major family difficulties and ended up doing everything myself by 14 though I lived with my mom. I can handle a lot now and he is very responsible.

People say 'Why rush?'..but I always think Why wait?

Don't worry, we would not have children until we are out of college and secure in a job.


Any thoughts, tips, warnings? Thanks.

If it isn't sex it's some other activity. He doesn't get that with two kids (one baby, one pre schoole) that a day of diapers and diegos doesn't always leave me in "the mood".

I though quality over quantity counted for something, but he doesn't care how good it is, all that counts is when I say no, not how often I say yes. He pouts and tells me it makes him feel bad. He says after 6 years together and two kids I should be excited he still wants me so much (meaning it's not boring, phyiscally I've maintained quite well!)

How can I get him to understand it's not at all personal?

Here it is, I quite smoking cold turkey on January the 14th. I have not cheated at all. I feel ok and I really do not crave a cigarette, but I want one? So , here is what I am askng. Tell me any horror story you have about smoking and how it effected someone you love. I have 6 adult kids and would like to be here when the grand kids get married. So, you stories might just be the thing I need to not take the stupid selfish steps to cheating, when really I physically am not craving it as much as I just miss it. I miss the taste of it the feel of the thing in my hand and the fact that for no reason other then I just one day said I think I won't smoke anymore, and stopped that day? I loved smoking.
So tell me the real groossss stories of heart break that you might have had to go through . You may just be helping me save my own life.

my 19 yr odl brother flips out on me and my 26 yr old sister everyweekend , he throws stuff at us and breaks up the house and hits us and curses us out whenever he dont get his own way. my mom doesnt do anything about it. his girlfriend lives with us too and my sister lives with us with her 3 kids. Guys are always trying to pick me up, even in front of their girlfriends or wives! You can't blame them, i am beautiful. but then their girl gets all in my face and tries to bring drama.
