That's exactly how my brother is, he freaks out all crazily, and his girlfriend lives with us too, it's nice to find out i'm not the only one with the crazy brother, well you should def. move out, that house seems waaay to crouded as it is. You have a baby to think about, and if you're brother is at all like mine, I don't think the baby should be living under the same roof as him. Babies sense negativity and that is unhealthy for your son, try to be at your dad's as much as possible. Explain to your mom, that your son is better off there, and being in her house, is only making things worse. Good luck

Well in my opinion, I think you should just live with your dad. But if you start missing your mom and the rest of your big family, you should go visit them sometimes. Or you could think about the possible results you might have if you move out and live by yourself if you want to. Otherwise do what you think is best. From all of those conditions that you told, i think you should move out but live with with your dad not alone. I hope this helps you reach a decision!

The best thing you can do when trying to evaluate a decision is a cost/benefit analysis. First you list the costs of the action, then the benefits. If you can figure out dollar values, it'll help you plan later on.

The best thing I can suggest is figure out what it will cost to move out and then plan for it. You have many alternatives to living with your Mom after 18. For the current situation, can you talk to a guidance counselor? They are there to help, if nothing more than to offer an ear.

Well wishes...

You said you have a son too.. dont put his life at risk. your brother is doing this to keep you off the property so that he and his g.friend can have the full house. You are lucky that atleast you have your dads house why do you want to come here then.. stay away at your dad's before some one else moves in there too!

Is it even an issue? YES, turn 18 and hit the world - that's the plan isn't it? Go to college, move on to specialized traing and the career path, join the military... something like that to get the life going!

Your whole family is really screwed up. You aren't even 18 and you already have a son? You and your son are going to have a very miserable life. Where is your son's father in all of this? Why the hell isn't he helping out?

When you turn 18 I would move if your not ready to live on your own ask your dad if you can stay at his house through the weekends since you said you stay there most of the week, but if your ready to live on your own go for it, never to early to start independence. :)

If I were you, I'd move out as soon as I possibly could. There is no reason for anyone having to live the way you are currently living.

I would think the age of 18 is a little too early to be on your own.
