my ex boyfriend has dragged me through the mud for the past 4 months, taking me to court trying to claim i am his commonlaw wife....now....he's wanting me to settle with him....we own a house that right now has $28K of equity in it, a $7K prepayment penalty until August.....he has fraudulently filed a joint tax return without my knowledge, using me and my son's SS#'s, he married and divorced his ex wife in 2005 during the time that he's claiming to be my husband....and he wants me to settle....his attorney will give me $3K, he takes all his own debt and pays his own attorney's fees and he will sign a document that we were never married......
the nerve of some people to drag you through the dirt and then want to settle under those circumstances....

guys if a girl texted you "i cant get you off my mind" would you freak out? Please be honest. Some guy that i used to see stopped talking to me.4 months later he calls me back and says he misses talking to me, and the only reason he stopped talking to me was because i always accuse him of being a player and he hates when people judge him because of how he looks(because he has a nice car, verryyy hot, a very nice place to live, and girls all thinks hes cute). I dont care about all that at all. I really like him a lot but sometimes i do get the feeling he is one. and he just recently broke up with his girlfriend like a month ago because she moved to texas, he says he really likes me hes not ready for a relationship. When i see him i feel all my emotions towards him to come back and i cant get him off my mind. would it be wierd and scary or cute if i text him i cant get you off my mind. What would be something much better to say instead ...to make him smile and think of me.

i have been best friend with this girl for 6 years, we travel and had alot of fun, but 1 year ago we had an argument it was pretty ugly, i've lost my trust on her (she backstabbed me to someone). Even now we try to stay friends by emailing, we are also avoiding meeting each other. because she is very secretive about her life, i try to be the same, we all try to give minimum information about ourselves to each other, also when i email her i sometime worry if she will even bother to reply, she can be really 'busy'.Things are just not the same anymore, should i move on or should i stay ? all i am thinking about is how much a secretive person she is and how much information should i release about myslef to her so i won't lose out, is this normal?
