3 months ago I found out that my husband had an affair while he was based in Shanghai. Eventhough the affair ended 4 months before I found out, the whole episode was very heartbreaking for me. Anyway, we talked about it and I have decided to give him and our marriage another chance. On the day I found out about the affair, I told him to take off his wedding band which he was wearing since the day we got married in 1993. In a fit of rage and heartbroken that he could have an affair while still wearing the wedding band, I threw his and mine wedding rings out the window. I feeled that the rings are of no sentimental value anymore since its been "tarnished" by him. He has suggested getting new wedding bands to represent our "new vows" as a fresh start again. Please tell me what should I engrave on our new wedding bands? The previous ones had our names and date of the wedding on it.

I've been in a bad living situation with my mother since she gained custody of me. She gained custody of me when her mom died. my grandma had custody of me since I was 3 because my mom didnt want me and was abusive/druggy and so was my dad and still is. Now in 2004 I had to come live with my mom when my grandma died. It has been hell. I mean people do have it worse than me, but I am not one of those kids who hates her mom for no reason, or just because I dont get my way. My mom has problems. I would like to try to move on my own (and I know how hard it is going to be). I have a small paying job at McDonalds, and I have furniture at someones house that I have been buying and storing there.
So do you know if it is legal, or possible to be emancipated? If so, would you happen to know the legistics of it...legal fees, and info...

O.k. so the jerk who i've been dating for over 3 years and good friends with for about 6 years said i nag too much and about nothing at all. I don't want him too feel dis way but he let me go on and on and raise my voice and he does not say anything. He told me that he don't like to fuss but i atleast need a response. I am in my mid twenties. I love my gf, but we moved in together last year and I work, she stays at home. She doesnt cook much or clean much at all. I wash my own clothes. I am not saying that a woman has to do these things, but if she worked and I was at home I would assume that role of keeping the house clean. She wants sex constantly which I sometimes grow tired of. I like to do things and little projects that I have, because I always have done then all my life. We only have one car at the time, I am not sure that is why she doesnt even try to find a job. This girl in Europe is my bestfriend's roommate and she was having online relationship with someone in the US. They met offline ONCE in her country and they have been planning marriage and stuff. He's suppossingly rich, but yet never offers her any ticket for her to visit him in the US for the 3 yrs they're 'dating'. Lately they've been talking seriously about being together. Ive got a big problem, I really am crazy about a guy but have pushed him away and now we're just casual fooling around doing 0-r-a-l with each other.
But now Ive decided I do want him. I dont know what to do.

PART ONE!!!



This friend of mine, we've bein friends since i was a sophmore & he was a junior. we met in algebra class. we had fun jokeing around in glass and all. Then we found ourselfs in this "credit recovery" program. I was so upset about going there i dident talk to anyone. my friend left in 4 months & i left
8 months after & ive forgoten about my friend 3 months after he left. I became a junior. comepelty changed. i dressed nicer, lost waight, more matture and all. When i went back to regular school i was a eyeopener. peeopel saw me all changed and all. when i was walking by the hall i saw him. my friend. the looked slightly diffrent. still had that big body, not too buff and not too fat either..less fat. then he had this wierd haircut i think a african american will wear. my stomech felt all weird. like i want to be his friend agin, he game me the precents of a older brother...now we dont talk at all. he only gave me a head nodd once and thats it....
