Yr marriage was/is not over, rather stood the test in time of unfaithfulness, which is exceptional these days, you should both be proud as it takes a very special couple to “want” to make it work even after such a heartbreaking discovery.
The same date and names should apply, followed by a simple word eg: "forever" "eternal love/flame", darling, etc differentiating and a prompting in reminding of your deep love for each other. People are so quick to just end a marriage after an affair as betrayal, hurt, anger, disappointment, hate takes over, many wrong decisions of divorce are made in haste and through volatile emotions, even when both partis are still in love with one another. I say well done and remember that if you feel anger, resentment, unforgiveness building up/creeping in within you, seek outside help….good luck

First of all I have to commend you on taking the man back or staying with him. I am now divorced because my EX husband commited adultry. Mine got the other woman pregnant though so I told him go be a man with her and raise his child. So I commend you.
Now, your question, you could put the date you renew your vows. Or you could put I Corinthians 13 4-8 (Love) or a Bible verse pertaining to forgiveness or the one that says "What God has joined together, Let no man put asunder". Maybe put "To a new life of Love and rebuilt trust".
I wish the two of you the best and hope he has learned from the experience.

Sad to hear about this. I always like the words, "My Beloved".
Sorry to hear that your first marriage vows were not kept either by him. Make sure this time around, he will keep the 'same vows', they are not to be broken!
I would consider reading these two books called, "The Proper Care and Feeding of Marriage" and "The Proper Care and Feeding of Husbands". These two books will help you bring your marriage closer to one another.
Remember, marriage vows are NEVER broken. (smile)

Perhaps the date you met, started dating, or got married? Love always and forever (your name)? "Love is patient, love is kind."? "1 Corinthians 13:4-7" Any of those. Even if you are not a Christian, this verse is still a basic truth of love.

"I am my beloved's and he is mine."
And remember - unforgiveness is like drinking poison & hoping it kills the OTHER PERSON. Don't be jealous, just trust God. If your husband doesn't remain faithful, then there will come a time when God will release you from him & your life will be blessed if YOU REMAIN FAITHFUL to your charge. Give your marriage to God & do things His way, because His way works & God is not a prude. Hebrews 13.4 says that the marriage bed is undefiled. God invented the family & there's a way that it works. Husbands are to cherish their wives, like Christ loved the church & died for it, & wives are to respect & honor their husbands. God bless.

Are you just AFRAID to leave him? FINE....if you are staying with unfaithful and telling him it's okay and you forgive him, put on the wedding bands, '4given' as a symbol of your unconditional love for him....Girl, I admire you for your forgiveness!

I'd have it in latin saying about trust
crede quod habes, et habes
believe that you have it, and you do
because now you trust again?
