i just told the boy i like that i like him. he said he kind of knew already and when i asked if he thought anything could ever happen between us he said 'i dont want to sound bad and upset you but no' he then said 'i have always seen you as a friend' . i thought this was a reasonable answer but i have liked this person for a long time and i have to go into school and see him tomorrow. how do i not make it akward between us but more importantly how do i get over him and advice would be appriciated but please be nice :)

I am an attractive, educated girl with a great personality however I have been told that I look "unapproachable" and "pim". I am a tall (5'9) girl so I know that might scare some men off but not all of them. I have not had a date in a looonnngg time and am really starting to wonder what it is I need to change. ok.so.here's the problem.there's this girl in my college who has a huge crush on me. last term she came and told me how she felt abt me,plus she asked me if i felt the same way abt her.(she was sweet,quite pretty & a really nice person).i would have yes.but i wasn't looking for a relationship then,plus the fact i was still getting over another girl.i told her that & i also told her that we could still be friends.
now this term,she doesn't even talk to me as she used to before,though i know for a fact that she doesn't have any hard feelings on me(she told me she understands everything & that she's ok with it).we don't meet much since we don't take any classes together.(just during break & while passing through the hall)in the past,she used to sometimes come upto me,but not now.by what my friends have told me(she's even made a card for my b'day though i know for a fact that she's not planning anything special with me in mind for valentine's day)
i'm confused.why's she acting like this?

Alright about 9 months ago I found out that my serious girl friend was pregnant and we decided to get married for the baby, insurance, financial stability etc, all the wrong reasons if you ask me. She is very happy to be with me, but I am not, I want to support her and teh baby and do the right thing but deep down inside I know that my marriage is doomed, its inevitable I just feel that we do not have enough in common and I can't see spending my life with her as a spouse, I want to continue to support her and the baby and want to maintain a good relationship with her, my question is how do I express this to her without devastating her? We are young in 23 and she is 21, she has never really worked or supported herself and I make 6 figures, whats the best angle to take? Thanks for he input.

ok guys theres was this guy i've been kickin it with for the past month or so. We have known each a while he was my very first puppy love. anyway we met up at the hotel a couple times and hung out . yea we did the do yall . then he stopped calling and responding to my text and calls. So i gave up then out the blue he text me saying thinken bout you and so i just ignored it. Then today we ran into each other and he asked if my phone was off because i never responded to his text I told him my phone is on I just dont have time to be wondering if you gone call back. I have noticed lately that a lot of families where the parents are in their 30's are divorcing lately. It seems like when the going gets rough many aren't working on it and are just divorcing like it is a no big deal solution. Why aren't the marriage vows meaning anything to so many people? Why are there so many people that are being selfish and putting their spouse and children last?

ok soo this guy is my first love. things were going great for us i thought.. and i thought he was going to ask me to be his girlfriend soon because that's how things were looking because he said he liked me and kept talking to me every night... but so then i found out that he started to like this other girl 3 weeks ago.. while still leading me on. he's not the guy who would do this, so i don't know why he did.. but he did.. and it really hurt me. he said he didn't want to be any more than just friends with me. so then though yesterday that girl he's been liking told him she liked someone else. but he still has not tried to get me back. is there any way to tell if he still has ANY feelings for me anymore... because you can't just get over someone completely That fast can you..? is there Anything i can do???!

I always feel like I'm not attractive at all, and that no girl would ever want to go out with me, or do anything with me. I've only had 1 girlfriend so far, and that ended a month later for several reasons, one of which was that it took me a month to work up the courage just to hold hands with her, because I was afraid of pissing her off or driving her away somehow.

My guy friend is super nice which makes me think he is gay but he is STRAIGHT. okay i am 14 and i have some ppl that really just wont leave me alone and i want them to just leave me alone and to show that nothing that they do bother me but i dont know wut to do in order to show them i dont care about okay here is wut goes on for about a week now i am getting called names, by the way i am horrible at spelling, like fat albert, i think is how you spell, hicky woman, godzilla, i think thats how it is spelled, and then they do stupid stuff and other fat names also like fat ***, fatie alert, get out of katie the fat *** coming threw, and it really doesnt bother me cuz i know i am not fat or big and huge as they see me but they also know if i am able to get ahold of just one of the 6 of them i think either 6 or 7 that i can kick their asses but i dont want to do that i just want them to stop adn to know it doesnt bother but i just ignore them and it seems not to work so how to i get them off my back showing i dont care?

Am i right to step back from the showers, because i was told that the mother of bride and groom need to attend them. I just think it would be less stressful on everyone if i send a gift via my daughers who will probably attend their step sisters showers. Am I right to do this?
