My b/f came to my conference meet for gymnastics to support me. I ended up spraining my ankle on my last event.He carried me to the trainer and helped me walk up to the podium to take my second place medal.
Why do his friends call him whipped for this??

On yesterday I gave my online romantic interest the poem I mentioned therein. . that was something of a risk by itself, but she was completely taken by it. Judging from our online/telephone conversations I know that our feelings for one another are very real, we both care about each other and want to be together. So, would it be too direct to say the 'L' word, or should I really wait before doing this. . .my head says one thing but my intuition and my heart tell me something else right now, which one do I give heed to?

my wife always nags at me for playing my computer game ( world of warcraft) but playing relaxes me. i have a hard time at work and i just want to come home and veg out. she has no friends and she's always at home with the baby. is it just me or should she just get some friends? i feel like i'm her only source of intertainment.

Almost everyday at lunch a co-worker talks about how there must be "something wrong in your marriage" and how it is going to get bad, etc... How do you tell him to shut up in the most tactful way? I am a professional at work and at first I brushed it off but I am starting to feel harassed. I don't really say anyhthing because I feel I do not have to stick up for my marriage. I am very happy and I think miserable people do not like to see people happy. By the way, this man is cheating on his wife with my co-worker and he is an active alcohalic. I know he is miserable. I just pity him. Should I continue to ignore him, hoping he will stop or say something?

Hi we are getting married this year and we have changed our wedding date to 2:00pm the thing is i just thought of today that my mother in law to be is a keen drinker and when she gets drunk she is very loud and tends to get drunk and end up in a sorry full and depressed state and the im usually in the fireing line when she gets this way. Orginally the wedding was a 11:00am and on a usual day she will still be in bed so this doesnt give her chance to get to the pub, you can say she is sort of an alcoholic as she cant do with a drink and is in the pub everyday and till the night and she sleeps all day, but no one can do out about it, She even came to her daughters bridemaid dress choosing drunk as you could smell it on her and she is more forward. Im just worried she will turn up to the wedding as she will be able so squeeze a few drinks in before 2:00pm and there is people going to the wedding she doesnt get on with and like i say when she has a drink she has her say.

You've been dating this person for a little over a month, spending just about every single day/night together. Things are going wonderful between you too, you're both very attached to each other. They care deeply for you, and they're very sweet and compassionate.
Your father passes away now and you need to fly back to your home state (across the country) for his funeral.
You want your significant other to be near you throughout the tough time, but is it weird to ask someone who you've only been dating a month or so to go with you?
Is it an unreasonable request (assuming they WOULDN'T have to take time off work or it)?
What do you think??
