A mutual understanding is any thing you both have talked about , discussed, and both of you agree to the same thing.for example if you both talk about going to the movies every Saturday night, and both of you agree to the going out to the movies on Saturday night you have come to a mutual agreement. As for if he likes you a lot that's what he means he LIKES you a lot it doesn't mean he loves you.

No, like and love are two different issues. He could love you if he gets to know you very well.. Mutual understanding can be explained by you and your friend agreeing to the same thing. I.E your friend says to you '' I believe George Clooney is a hunk'' and your friend says '' I agree''. Thats a mutual understanding between the both of you..

and no just cus a guy says he likes you a lot doesnt mean he loves you. a guy only means he loves you when he tells you he loves you.
