i know that i look ok in pics, not ugly or anything, i am wondering how do i look hot? why do some ugly ppl would still be called hot guys and good-looking guys don't.

How do ugly people act? Most ugly people have a really good sense of humor. Making them attractive. (This is my view)
A guy that isn't so great looking that I know personally:
He's sweet, smart, honest, funny and has all the emotional qualities that women look for in a guy.
A physically hot guy that I know:
Brags about the girls he has been with and thinks that he can get away with certain things only because he's physically appealing to girls.
If I had to chose between a guy who wasn't all that great looking, but sweet, funny, honest.. etc and a guy that was a Brad Pitt look alike who was a complete **** hole.. I would choose the not so great looking guy. The not so great looking guy that I know is a lot "hotter" than the physically "hot" guy that I know.
How can you look hot?
What do you think makes guys attractive? The clothing style, hair style.. etc? Don't change your personality though. Never do that. But whatever you think is hot... go with it.

"Clothes make the man". I consider myself an ok looking guy, but when I got a job that required coat and tie, I got quite a few more head turns and eye contacts than I had experienced prior to that. Even without that, caring about my appearance had a very positive effect on me. So snazz up your wardrobe, even on a daily basis. Go somewhere where the clerks will actually help you find what's current and complimentary if you're not sure what to get.
