I've been flirting around with this guy for two weeks. He asked me out, and we had our first date today, but there was no goodnight kiss. However, he did ask me to meet him out for dinner. There is an energy between us, and he knows i'm attracted to him. When does it become an issue that he hasn't kissed me?

Hey. the day before yesterday my stupid freind went up to this guy (as a joke) and said "will you go out with melanie?" (My name) and he said yes not knowing that she was kidding. then she said "well too bad cuz she is not really asking you out!" infact i really did like this guy so i said "wait! did you really say yes?" and he said "yes" and i said "if i asked you out would you say yes?' and he said "yeah" and knowing me i asked him out right after that! he obviously said yes. i was sooooooo happy!! i had a little dance party with myself when i got home cuz i really was madly in love with this guy for a really long time!!! so when i got to school my best freind(who rides his bus) said as she passed me in the hall "do you still like dan?" (my bf) and i told her the good news about me and dan and she looked really suprized and she told me that he said to keep me away from him and he hates me! i went into the room with him and now it is really okward!what the heck should i do now?

I have a friend who has had a crush on a guy for about 5 years, she doesn't know the guy, he is a musician who plays at a piano bar, and is also in a band (unsigned). She occasionally goes to see him at a gig or when he is playing at the piano bar. Now at first she didn't do anything about it because he was taken. But now he is single. For 5 years she had done nothing about her crush, and i know for a fact this guy is single at the moment, yet she won't do anything about it.

Whenever i ask her about it, changes the subject. Is it weird?

I divorced my ex when my son was about 1. He is now coming up on four - I have him about 1/3 of the time. Since he was two I've bought cards for the ex on mothers day, her birthday, Xmas, and valentines day for my son to give to Mommy. He just scribbles in them, but now that he's older he's excited to give them to her. I do this because I want him to get into the habit of doing this, so that when he is older, he can do it on his own. He also colors pictures here that I let him take for Mommy. Our divorce was ugly, and things have declined since then. She's been real bad lately - leaving nasty messages, and saying she is going to go after more support (already gets $1000 monthly) I'm tempted to stop having my son do cards and stuff on holidays for his Mommy. Whadya think. Part of me thinks that I've been way too nice up until now, the other part thinks that this is about him and her - not her being a bitc$ to me, and that I should continue enabling him to do stuff 4 her.

I had this really good friend, and were both willing to work it out.
I asked her to come to my house for a sleepover, just us two.
She is comming, and i'm excitted and nervous, because we practially hated eachother for a while, and we weren't best friends anymore.
We have stopped fighting, and were trying to work it out.
Can you give me some ideas so we can become best friends again, and as close as we once were.
This is a sleepover, just us two, we used to be best friends, and we have a lot in common.
We are both 12, and we are in the 7th grade.

mark has been divorced for over 5yrs but by the way his ex acts u would never know it.she is always trying to get info(always in a sneaky way) about us from my inlaws.for example we told marks 9yr old son we are "thinking" about having a baby.well he must have told his mom as she "ran" over to my inlaws to ask "if they knew about our new baby" but never asked us about it and she sees us all the time.if she is not trying to get info about us then she is bad mouthing us to anyone that will listen.the only "bad" thing mark ever did was divorce her and it was not for me.she just treated him like crap till he could not take it any more and left but left her everything house,car.money.the only reason we put up with it is because of thier son they share we don't want to put him in the middle.is this normal that she is so consumed/bitter with our life still after 5yrs?it started to ware on my nurves how can i deal with this?
