No, just get to know him as a friend first , then he will feel comfortable enough around you and then if he's interested he will ask you out.

Hey im going through the same thing but I think it sort of depends who more in to who the boy that I talk to now he always makes time to come see me but he hasnt asked me out yet so im jus going to wait because I know he will sooner or later

If he is too shy to ask you out, maybe he's not ready for "single" dating yet. Find an opportunity to ask him out to a church or school dance, party or play instead. That way the pressure is less intense. :)

ask him out, tell him you are tired of waiting for him to ask and that you need a date with him, make the guy feel really wanted. No mere man can resist the evil of the woman!

if he is too shy to ask you out then you should certainly do it but first just start out by having a conversation with him and then later on ask him out.

well if you know he likes you find a casual way to bring the subject up. and if you dont know if he likes you then just wait a bit...it took my boyfriend 3 months to ask me out even when he knew we both liked each other....its over 6 months for us now!

Yes, ask him out.
How? Find whatever common activity you guys have and suggest it. Or, if you're not sure, suggest something safe (ie. going for coffee, a movie, etc)

if you are 100% sure that he likes you then you should ask him out. try asking him when you are alone with him because doing it infront of friends can be a little bit embarrassing.
