I have a friend in prison, we filed for his divorce in October. They scheduled the court case for Jan 8th and his wife went to court. When he looked online at the court info it showed Order dismissing for want of prosecution and says Duismiss by CT w/o Prejudice. What the heck does that mean in this case?

My son tells me that his daddy has the mother of his other child at his place when he stays the night. Now his daddy and I have been trying to work things out, but everytime my son says this it starts a fight between me and his father. His father says no she was there part of the time because she brought over the other kid so that he could see his brother. I just don't know what to believe anymore. Our daughter says no she is only there when the other kid is there. My son is 6 and my daughter is 4.

Ive gotten too shy. i cant be open with myself anymore. and its killing me inside. No, i am not suicidal but its making me depressed. THis is the second new school ive been too and its become hard for me to make friends. One of my best friends broke up with her bf(another one of my best friends) a month ago, and he admitted to me that he likes me. He is such an amazing guy, he's sweet, kind, considerate, respectful of women, and he really cares about what I have to say. I know he's not just doing this to get with me bacause I've known him for a long time and this is his personality. He treated his ex like a princess and she dumped him for a fling with an older guy, and I know he deserves better than that. I'm just afraid that if I do decide to date him it would be wrong. She is such a ***** to him and keeps trying to make his life miserable because she messed up, and I can't help but think that if she wants to be that way then she doesn't deserve my consideration and I should just say yes to him. She is constantly flirting with other guys in front of him to try to make him jealous just because she likes to see him squirm. Is is wrong to like him even under these circumstances???

I decided to quit my job last month as I could not take the pressure anymore. However, I made this decision impulsively as it was bringing me down. Now I am looking for a new job but he says I should have waited until I have a new job. He says now I am worried and stressed and he says I should have been more thoughtful. Both my parents and my (future) in-laws want to have an after-wedding party (and they both want to invite the other side) after my wedding. I don't want there to be a compitition who has more guests or whatever. And, to be honest, I think my parent's house would be better. Both the families have pools (June wedding) but my parents also have a hot tub, pool table, ping pong, dart board, etc. Also, my future in-laws are planning on spending massive amounts of money "for the wedding" to re-do their house while not giving as much as they told us they would for the actual wedding. How do I politely tell them that my parents would like to have the party, with everyone invited (their WHOLE family too) so they don't "have" to. I know they want to have it anyway.
