B looks best, unique and celtic, a looks like a girls name and c looks like youre trying too hard to be different, but I have to say it's up to the parents to decide! Have you suggested Kaelen? My boy who has just turned 1 is called Kaiden Keddie Law, my friends say it sounds like an action hero name! Nice and strong!
Enjoy the new baba!

A looks like the name of a medicine.
B looks Gaelic or Celtic - nice.
C No way - looks wrong somehow.
So I'd go for B personally. And congratualtions!

Caelen.
Caylen looks a bit chavvy, and Cayllum looks as if it's trying to be Callum (popular Scottish name) and failing.
