hes a year older than me. we occasionally talk. we both like the same things. but whenever i see him or go to talk to him i chicken out. I REALLY like him, ive never liked anyone as much before. he smiles at me, and looks at me alot. we see each other in the hall, and hes in one of my classes, and we see each other for after school sports, but i want to make a move, but idk what to do. im trying to flirt, but have no idea wat to do. any tips/idea?should i try to talk to him again? im afraid his friends will make fun of me, or that he will ignore me when i talk to him. what do i do?! im stuck. plz help. thanks in advance!!!!!!!!!! i dont want it to be obvious.

I have been with my bf "unofficially" for 9 months, officially for 3 months. I hesitate to even say that because when we made it official, it didn't change anything - we had been exclusive since day 1.
We started dating a short time before his job had him move out-of-state. We have been doing the long-distance thing and visiting each other 2x/month for 3-day weekends.
I am in love w/him. I'm 30, so this isn't a teenager's naive dream. I'm not foolish enough to think he's Perfect. He has typical baggage and despite this I choose him every day. Nothing in this "baggage" is too much for us to overcome thus far. It's just real-world type stuff.
I know that just because we are compatible long-distance we aren't necessarily compatible if/when we are living local. These are things that would have to be discovered.
Problem is that he isn't in love w/ me yet. Long-distance skews "typical" timeframes...when do I say "you don't love me, it's over" for the sake of my future?

So I work with a few Black women we were all talking about dating and stuff I casually said I like Hispanic women, well I said Spanish ne way. All of them got an attitude and was like

"See thats whats wrong with you" I was like whats wrong.
She started trying to call out me you if you don't date a black woman then you aint no man for real. Just talking some sh*t You don't know nothing about being a man blah blah.

I'm sitting here like ok I take care of my self comepltley, good job all the normal thing anyone should expect. Now all my credability is lost because I like Spanish women. I asked her are you serious she straight up said F-you and turned around to her desk the other women looked at me and just went back to work.

WTF!! My dad married three black women and 3 divorces just becasue your both the same race doesn't mean it will work

A girl I know kisses me hello and then a hour later run and kisses me again but runs away??? I was at a bar and she was working??? Then later in the week I saw her again and she said she was getting her hair cut by my apartment on Thursday and would I be home. I said I would be home later in the day and to make her appointment late and gave her my number to call me but she hasn't called. What is up with all this.

I'm 31 years old and my wife is 24. We have 4 children with twins. Have been married for 6 yrs.

My wife has 3 sisters and a brother. One of the sisters and brother are married. My other two sister in laws are 18 & 16 yrs and they have been living with us for the past six years.
I treat my two sister in laws as my own daughters and they call me dad and I'm fine with that. My wife's parents died when they were 4 & 6 yrs. They've been living with us for 6 yrs and they have called me dad all this time. My wife's happy about it and says I'm great.

I treat them like my own daughters from my heart and have done everything to them including all expenses. I've bought two houses for them, for their marriage. They say that I am like their own dad and kiss me.When I married they were 10 & 12 and from then they have been kissing me Is it okay for them to kiss me in a FATHER DAUGHTER WAY ONLY on the cheek and calling me dad? My wife says she's happy when they kiss me and treat me like a dad

ok well i like this guy and we went to the movies and we ended up kissing and he like me too... but he live in LA and i live in long beach so we have to talk on the phone until i go back over there... so the first week we were really good and now its like hes kinda rude to me and i always tell him that he's being rude and all he says is ok im sorry and im all like dont say sorry juss fix the problem and i only get to talk to him like i really want to on the weekend and since we juss had a 3 day weekend because of martin luther king we had 3 day to talk ... and everyday of the weekend he has fell asleep ............so now i had a serious talk and i told him that if he really wanted to have any kind of relationship that he would have to change the way that u talk to me so now we both decided that we wouldnt talk for a week so he can get himself together.... but im juss confused now what should i do about him cause i really liike him and it seems he makin an effort .. but im juss confused

Okay, for the past two days I have been going into another teacher's class to work on a project. These two guys who I don't know very well keep prodding, poking, and throwing paper at me. They have even started touching me and squeezing my sides and stuff. I have asked them to stop, but they don't! The teacher gets angry at me I I talk, but he has no problem if they do. I want to approach her about it, but I'm afraid I'll upset her more. At her job, her bosses barely respect her, and the children she works with could care less for her, even though she's nothing but nice and caring for them. When she comes home, she is put-down and criticized by my dad while making dinner and taking care of things around the house. My brother and I try to help out as much as possibly, but it seems as though every little thing we do annoys her and makes things worse. I want to do something before things get even more serious, but I don't know what to do.

I decided to quit my job last month as I could not take the pressure anymore. However, I made this decision impulsively as it was bringing me down. Now I am looking for a new job but he says I should have waited until I have a new job. He says now I am worried and stressed and he says I should have been more thoughtful. Morever, he told me today that he is quite upset that I did not consult him about it and did not include him in the decision-making. Can you explain to me why?
