A girl I know kisses me hello and then a hour later run and kisses me again but runs away??? I was at a bar and she was working??? Then later in the week I saw her again and she said she was getting her hair cut by my apartment on Thursday and would I be home. I said I would be home later in the day and to make her appointment late and gave her my number to call me but she hasn't called. What is up with all this.

Maybe she hasn't called because she found out you sent a "143" text message to your last girlfriend and maybe if she knows how you feel about that last girlfriend it may upset her a bit. Just a guess. I think you need to stop sending stuff both via email and text messaging to your last girlfriend and keep moving on as you have been obviously trying to do with this girl who stood you up.
It doesn't mean every woman will stand you up but I think you are maybe looking in the wrong spots. Why would you want a woman from a bar? unless it's for sex there is no other reason to try and make a commitment with someone you meet from a bar, unless you don't want a commitment anyways. If you want to find a nice woman I wouldn't try to find her in a bar or club. Just know your ex is suffering and is getting back what she deserved. Good luck to you Michael.

Sounds like she is flirting and playing a little game with you. Maybe she wants you to want her or she is lacking attention and your giving it to her. If she wasn't playing games I think you would have heard from her by now. Some girls do this to guys they would never even date. It's their way of flirting.
