my best friend is p*ssing me off?

we have been friend for 20 years. me, my brouther and him grew up together, but he is scared to do anything out side of our norm. we all ant to go to NYC for a vacation but he won't go. everything we try to do he has a excuse because he's afraid to do anything. how would you handle this prob. he is only 25 for god sake.

go with out him and take pictures, you have no control over any one but your self.
