Unless you are in a monogamous relationship with someone the cheapest way can end up being very costly in the long run. Treat getting laid like fine wine or a nice meal at somewhere other than the McDonald's Dollar Menu. Class it up a bit and be safe. Quality truly is better than quantity.

The cheapest way to get laid is only if you're looking for a disease or any viruses., I guess then you can get laid for cheap? If you care and have respect for yourself and the person you're with, then there's no price on ''getting laid'' and you get to keep your dignity! (Oh....and your penis won't fall off)!
