My younger brother(17) always attacks my youngest brother(13) and it seems to be at a point where it is unhealthy. He is constantly whaling on the kid, to the point where he is screaming and crying. And it is only in one direction, the 13 yr old never hits the older one. The 17 year old will also taunt him in really cruel ways while he's doing it. For instance, the other day he quipped "Oh, almost got a concussion that time didn't you, HAHAHAHA!!" It's to the point where the youngest one literally walks by him with his hands by his face for protection EVERY time they pass each other. I asked my Dad if he thought this was normal, and he said he thought so...however, he came from an abusive household so I don't know how much weight his opinion holds...I'm just wondering if anyone thinks this is simply normal sibling behavoir or actual abuse? i had some probs with my homework so i went online n this guy helped me. he said he's a teacher. i was hoping it would end right there but now he's emailing me.
he asked for my pic once, telling he'd delete it right away after seeing it, but i said no. i told him we could still be friends without seeing pics pf each other n he said ok
but i'm just not comfortable befriending older men..i dont want ti tell him this, it might hurt him. well, he might be sincere in the 1st place.. but i'm not comfortable n i dont really like answering emails if i dont feel so.
so how do i disappear?
p/s: i added him to my Yahoo Msg list n he knows my email!!

I have a really good friend, shes an awesome girl and i love hanging out with her, she is pretty too, but i don't have feelings for her romantically. I found out from another friend that she has feelings for me and thinks theres a "spark". that the ex he had before he just used her for sex because she was easy, but never got attached to her, loved her, or thought she was attractive. He even felt emberrased to be seen with her and only took her out once to the movies

yet a couple of weeks before or after he started going out with you, one of her (the ex) friends tells him that she says hi and he goes to look for her myspace to message her to say hi and congratulate her on getting married and being pregnant, but never messages her again.

What would you think? Do you think he ever cared about her?

umm..well i really like this guy, and he told me that he liked me, then he told me that he loved me, and he was all kool with me, but now, since we don't see each other thanx to winter break, i asked him if he still had feelings for me, he said that he did but not really.

When two people are together and they are both the same age, know one thinks anything of it. But it seems that the further apart people are in age, the stranger it becomes to society. Two 15 year olds dating is normal, but a 15 year old and 12 year old is strange. An 18 year old and a 21 year old is normal. But an 18 year old and a 37 yera old is strange. What about a 24 year old and a 35 year old? A 30 year old with a 52 year old? A 40 year old with a 70 year old? What do you think?

A group of my friends have been noticing some odd behavior between one of my friend's girlfriend and another friend. Some of this behavior includes private dinners together, traveling together and generally flirtatious behavior. However, I don't have any definitive proof and it could just be conjecture.

Should I say something or just let it be? I don't want to get involved but feel like I should say something as a good friend.
