My ex-husband does NOT claim any income taxes because is does NOT work. I do work, and for 5 years now, he has signed my son over to me for taxes. However, this year, he is being a jackass and is saying he won't sign him over to me. Since he is unable to claim him as a deduction, is there any way I can still claim him legally without my ex-husband's consent? We have never had a custody agreement where my ex-husband has stated one way or the other when it comes to claiming my son for taxes. If any body has any legitimate information that they can offer me on this subject, I am welcoming any suggestions or facts that you may be able to direct me to to answer my question.

I have been told I am very beautiful by may people on the inside and out. I am not rail thin but also am not huge. I could stand to loose a few pounds but by all other standards look great. BLonde hair, green eyes, nice rack ;-) GREAT HEART! He is the one over weight ( gained 50lbs since we've been together.) that's mostly cuz i think too much. We are both 20 by the way
She's had at least one boyfriend b4 (she has a child) and I've never had a girlfriend (my first date ever was with her just after christmas). She gave me her # and said she was "checking me out" I was hesitant cuz this was all new to me. So I texted her with my concerns about her child and my inexperience, and she said that she'd be willing to take things slow and that she "likes me andwants to "be more than friends." We talk on the phone quite often (at least once a day sometimes long sometimes short). She sounds audibaly nervous taliking to me sometimes. We only went out the one time because one of us always seems to be working at night and I have school during the day (not to mention she has a kid to watch). What are some clues to see if she really likes me????? and advice for taking things slow but not too slow???

About twice a month our trash doesnt get taken out to the street because my husband forgets. I do not want this job, he should do this atleast! I've been with her for five years, and to be honest, it's boring as hell to look at her face every time we have sex.
