If you value your marriage I'd suggest telling your wife about it. If you don't want to tell her (perhaps she won't believe you), your mobile probably has a recording facility, so the next time your mother-in-law comes on to you, record it and tell her that you have no intention of shagging her and, if she doesn't stop, you'll tell your wife and show her the recording! It'll be kinda hard for your MIL to deny it when she's on tape, so to speak!
