Hey, I'm 21 and a virgin. I think I'm all that, except for maybe the nationality part. There are guys like the ones you claim to be looking for, but they usually get turned down by girls. Peer pressure, and constantly being rejected by girls for being "too nice" makes nice guys turn into real jerks. Have a nice day!
Hey, don't be afraid to ask guys out either. Nice guys are often shy, so you might have to approach them. And don't let a little failure discourage you. Guys who aren't celebrities get rejected like 90% of the time. Good luck!

Now to address your question
I can't say anything about the nationality, because I don't know yours. But I guess try to be around more guys of your nationality.
About the virgin thing, ohhh thats hard. I don't know any male virgin, I haven't known any male virgins since I was in like 11th grade. Most of the males are virgins because they are scared to talk to girls. I might add that most men that don't have a lot of sex don't talk to girls (even on a friend level, but I'm talking about talking to her with intenions of persuing a relationship), so htat says something. Go for a quiet man.
Most sweet guys are fake, there are a couple out there, I'm not claiming to be one of them.
A lot of guys are funny, so thats the easiest on your list
And lastly attractive a lot of attractive guys are out their having lots of sex with lots of other women that want to have sex with alpha males.
So thats where each indivudual man is but to find all of those qualities in 1 man is nearly impossible, just like finding all of that in one woman.
Now the biggest question is are you out their actively persuing men or are you just waiting for men to come up and talk to you, because thats what you were taught to do. If you are waiting for him to come to you, you will be waiting your whole life. But if you are looking for him then just don't rush and wait it out, most men will show their true colors after a little bit.
But If I was you I would pick my favorite trait in a man and look for that, because trying to find a man with all of the above is hard. Only like 1 is born every 3,000 moons, lol.
And to answer your question, they are in laboritories getting studied by mutant space monkeys, lol

Depends on your definition of decent. Indecent isn't necessarily the definition of a guy who desires sexual contact. Does he treat you with respect? Does he listen to your words? Is he a hard worker, a caring companion. You have to decide what is reality and what you are looking for. Is it something that is attainable to a man? Sometimes women have some very unrealistic expectations of men. We are just people and we all have faults.

not to sound conceded but i kinda fit all those categories but i'm really really shy though. the reason there are so many bad guys is because when a good guy comes along woman don't appreciate him and they treat him like trash and then dump him ...sooo i guess if there were nice girls then there would be nice guys
