don't use your cell phone to contact your lover.
don't tell your lover where you live or work, nor give your work, home, or cell phone number.
don't use a credit card to pay for bar tabs, restaurant checks, or motel/hotel rooms.
communicate with your lover via free email accounts like Yahoo, Hotmail, and then use these accounts only for a short period, like a few weeks, and then delete the account and create a new one. Never use your work computer or home computer to access the email. Rather, go to someplace like Kinkos or other Internet cafe where you can pay for the use of a computer by the minute.
be honest with your lover, and mention that you have a husband/BF, and that you don't want anything serious, just a short-term, physical affair.
don't hook up close to work or home, or near where friends and relatives live.
hook up with your lover at different times and places. Maybe at a motel early in the morning, one week... and then the next week at at hotel in the evening.

I think it depends on what you mean by "cheating". For some, even spending time chatting with another male on the internet is considered cheating. Some go to the extreme of saying even a thought of another man is cheating.
If cheating for you is sleeping with another person, if you're just careful about how far you go, and the risks you're willing to take aren't too much, you may never get caught. You just have to be diligent and careful. The usual tendency is to do a little more than we do the first time ~ and over time, you won't even know that you're beginning to take way too much risk than you should. That's when things mess up.

CHEATING IS A BAD THING but if you are going to do it do it far away like another town or something but dont go and spend the night go and say that you are shopping in another town or something BUT MY ADVICE DONT CHEAT

well, if you do cheat take a clean change of undies and some soap and wash cloth before you go home, clean yourself up. tell him you have to work late or just are going to the mall or movies with friends, don't do it often or he will suspect

Really you need to love YOURSELF and take care of yourself. Your body is a temple not some sleazy playground to let people use and abuse. You need to get a real picture of who you are and stop wasting your time and hurting yourself and others. There really is more to life than that.
