i'm a guy btw,well the problem is that i told my friends that i got an xbox 360 for my birthday but i really didnt have one i just told them to get them off my back for asking "what did you get for my birthday?" all the time.I didnt celebrate my birthday because i didnt feel like celebrating it. now its been 3 months since my birthday and i really want to tell my bestfriend that i lied for starters. how do i do that?

My dear husband whom I adore and worhsip the ground he walks on, thinks I`m being unfaithfull or will be at some point in our marriage. He is always questioning me, sometimes in the past has sniffed my clothes to see if there is aftershave on them, and doesn`t like it if I`m away from him, ie having a night out with friends or around someones house for a curry. At the moment I have been really poorly with the a chest infection and overnight I have a huge cold-sore come up..he thinks that I have now been kissing someone else, otherwise why else would I have one!!! He is very controlling although I am not controlled and make my own mind up on things...although take his views and feelings into consideration....Does anyone have any thoughts on why a man that has everything should think that someone who shows love and affection on a day to day basis should feel so insecure? Thanks to everyone that replies.

I'm 40 +, peacefully divorced and have been dating a little over three years. I've met men who after they've come to know me (sometimes only a couple weeks) reveal that they feel I'm the ' one ' for them. Yet, as dear as these men are, they are not the ' one ' for me. I am desirous (yet patient) to meet " him ", yet have not.

This happens much . . . frustrating. Why happens so much ? Open to thoughts / suggestions. I've tweeked my focus and have switched my awareness as to who I accept a date with so those who I feel our styles don't blend...that we are not in each others dating space. Yet, still the scenerio I mentioned happens, and alot . . . why ?

when family relatives have something to say about me, or when i have a boyfriend, and i show it to them, they have something to say about me. i am a 21 years old girl, but it seems like my parents doesn't want me to have any boyfriend... i know they want me to concentrate in my studies. but i cannot control my heart. if i do like someone, maybe he's the right one for me. in everyone's life, how much right guys or girls will appear ? maybe that's just once in a life time, if you miss it, you will never find him or her again. so what i should do to those ppl who like talk bad about me?

I just started dating a guy about a month ago and I think he's married :( I've asked him and of course he said no, but things just don't add up. He's really jumpy when the phone rings he runs outside and if I come into the room he hangs it up really quick- and when I do ask him if he is married he gets very skiddish.

Do you guys know of any public records that show marriages, divorces etc. I have to know if he is or not, because I really like him but I can't continue seeing him if he is married.

Anyway a summary. This girl I really like was flirting with me for quite a while and communicating with me via txt. Then asked me to go to spend New Year's with me in another country. Before agreeing to go I asked if she was asking me as a friend or more? She said she has a boyfriend although she really likes me. So I didnt go. On New Yrs Eve and day we texted each other. I work with her so I seen her in work a few days later. When I seen her she caught me by surprise and I was very nervous and felt awkward. My heart was going like a train. Immediately she came to speak to me asking me loads of open questions. Being a guy I just closed up giving short direct answers. We had various assessments to do and she chose to do them with me. She decided to sit with me alot and spend lunch with me.

I'm about 5'9 or 5'10. I've always wondered what men thought, in general, of tall women.

Personally, when I'm looming over a shorter man, it makes me feel a little too masculine, which I hate!(I am absolutley not masculine!)When I was younger, I was very uncomfortable with my height. By now I've accepted it, although I would still rather be shorter.

What do you think?
