I think that you should not ask the general public this question.
Go to your school nurse, or make an appointment for your family doctor. They have measuring tools that will calculate your appropriate body mass according to your weight and height.
Part of the answer can be found in your muscular mass versus the amount of fat in your body.
Someone of your age should be focused on staying physically active and eat a wide variety of healthy foods.

Of course you are.
You're 153 cm, therefore your normal weight is between 50-56 kg
If you were 160 cm; for a normal weight you should be between 57-63 kg.
Sometimes you can even look thinner and you have the same weight, because that's your weight.

i will tell you one thing doctors them self suggest us being 100 less than our height and you are more or less the same see
153 cm-56 kg's= approx.100. if you think you wanna look like these ramp walking models then follow this
153 cm-110 cm=43 kg's for which you will look too skinny stuck.
i think you will look great the way u r now.

45 is the optimum weight for you if you are a girl.But 56 is ok if you are a boy

I think you're just fine. That's about how high and heavy I am. You might want to exercise and build some muscle mass so you can be in shape but other than that I think you're about right.
