No, sorry, it really doesn't.

There is nothing rational about love. It happens when it happens. Any attempt to put logic on it is pointless.

Not everyone falls in love with someone they are with, there are such things as platonic relationships where a man and a woman can be very good friends without their being a sexual love between them. It depends wether you think hes not falling in love with you for a reason, if this is the case then ask him otherwise it may tear you up for ages to come.

No. They may not really know. It's possible that the 'chemistry' just isn't there, or maybe they have some hang-ups they aren't fully aware of. If they're not, they're not, and asking them for a detailed account of why not won't change it.

It's also a childish, demanding thing to do, and they might lose any respect they had for you.
