well, theres this guy who i like, who i think likes me. actually i am pretty sure he does. but im wondering: we were hangin out together at my school's music concert, and we were standing around but all of a sudden, he sits down, and "says u want to sit down" and pats his knee. now, i wanna know: is this guys perverted? or does he just like me? also, he is a junior and im a freshman. does that change things?

I moved out of my home, marriage, and family to start anew with another women I fell in love with. She has a child in high school and is divorced. Once I am out she seems to still limit our meetings to 1 or 2x a week. I am 5 mins away and kind of expected more time with her here (dinners, movie, fun, just time). I am going thru divorce and she is very impatient with my lack of progress. I have been out 7 months and been in divorce process 4 months. I haven't given an update in 2 months. B4 pushing divorse I want to see more love, time, commitment from her. In past she said she is scared of marriage, doesn't want to make another mistake, sees too many conflicts with it but offers her home at some point down the road. She has a child in high school. I don't get it. If she is impatient with my progress, than tell me you want me in your future, don't question me, doubt me and pressure me if you really aren't into getting into a serious long term relationship. We are in 40's. What's up?

My husband is a really good man. He's an excellent father and he does really well to provide for our family. He is the type of person that takes control of any given situation and doesn't consider others opinions to impact his life...another words, he's very stubborn, I'd say....I have tried talking to my husband many times about certain things that I am not happy with...in our marriage. However, he consistantly makes me feel guilty about everything. Any bad situation that occurs in our little family, I get the blame. He doesn't talk to me as if I'm his wife, but he talks 'down' on me, almost like lecturing me, as if I was one of the kids. I've heard it many times that age can be challenging in any relationship, but I love my husband and I definetly believe in "family". Every argument we have, I CAN NEVER seem to explain because I get blaimed for it! Sometimes, I feel like going elsewhere to find the respect and happinesss I deserve?

I'm sort of overweight, and I have light blue eyes and rimless glasses. I have layered strawberry blonde hair, and tons of freckles. I'm sort of shy. I also laugh at everybodies jokes, no matter how stupid they are, it's sort of a habit. The guy I like is a couple inches taller than me, he has wonderful blue eyes, short light brown hair, a slightly crooked nose, and has a normal build. He is sort of immature at times, really outgoing, and cracks retarted jokes, which I laugh at because I'm retarted. He is really fun to be around, and I have liked him for almost 2 years. I've grown to like him more and more everyday, and I have never felt this way about another person before. Alot of crap has happened, which you can see if you look at my past questions, and I would just like to know if I should go for it.

We attended a wedding last month and forgot to bring the card with the check in it. I just tracked down the newlywed's address last week and was going to mail the card, and a day later received a thank you note for our generous gift! What is the proper etiquette? Obviously I'm going to send the card/check, but do I attach a note saying that she might have overlooked someone elses gift? My husband thinks we are off scott-free, keep the check and thank our lucky stars. What should I do?

Well, obviously as a female it is better to have beauty. I've got good looks but also have a brain, but at the same time that is all that guys look at. It just hit me that guys always stare at my boobs and don't even listen to what I have to say. I rant on about philosophy and other interesting topics but they just stare at my giant boobs and nod their heads up and down.

Okay, this really bothers me sometimes. But on the other hand, at least I always have guys talking to me or showing interest in me. When you are ugly, no one will even give you the chance to speak, or pay any attention to you. But on the other hand, when a guy actually does like you, he likes your mind, not your body. But your chances are slimmer.

But their is this satisfaction when you know you've got the brains and know when someone wants to hear you've got to say rather than feel what you have on your body.

Ive been dating my bf for 2 yrs now and he's kept me a secret because he is somewhat famous. But he says that he doesn't want to hide me anymore because he wants me to share his joy in success. Recently I went to a premiere (can tell you which one, sorry). He introduced me to all his co-workers. They claimed that I was the ever famous mysterious girl he always talked about. It was overwhelming. After being around with the crowd and the cameras,...and the screaming crowds, I started getting sick and dizzy spells started kicking in....I don't like the limelite very much and I not used to screaming crowds or gossips and i fear that our relantionship will be effected. I'm really getting paranoid about this. I love him and I do want to share his joy but Im also afraid what Hollywood can do to us. What should I do? I don't know how to get adjusted. And I don't have friends around me that I can talk to other than his friends. I don't know if I should talk to him. What to tell him?

I wanted a honest person's opinion about my looks. Because this guy I know plays hot and cold with me and it really hurts me. It makes me feel ugly!!! I asked her if there's something wrong with me. She looked at me with a surprised look and said no!!! I said well what do you really think of me. Because sometimes I feel like people look at me oddly. She said there probably just thinking your pretty. But then she did say that sometimes I look better then other times. Like when I wear more makeup and do my hair differently she said she thinks I'm a knockout. She said I'm not saying you look bad ever just when I wear brighter colors and stuff I look really good. The thing is I'm getting older and it's hard to look the same all the time. I'm tired sometimes and this effects your looks, no matter how much makeup you wear. Do you think the answer she gave me was something I should feel ok about? I was in her weddin & she told me a lady said I was the prettiest bridesmaid ever.

I'm confused as hell.

So theres this girl at my school who has been saying hi to me, and I just said hi back. She's either being friendly, she likes me, or shes making a joke out of me. She started telling me to say things in front of her friends (not perverted, she thinks i sound like a person she knows). I dont like her, but I wasn't dissing her. Lately, she has been talking to others near me, and not saying hi (deliberately, im not being paranoid, I move, she moves). What is she trying to say, and what should I do. I dont want any stupid 2-week relationship, but being friends would be nice.

There is this guy I like and the other nite we talked a lot alone cuz we went to a school Christmas banquet thingy. wherever we were, whenever he talked to me he kind of leaned foward and talked in a calmer, lower, kind of whispering voice like he only wanted US to hear what we were taling about, but the thing is, we were talking about very casual things, such as what his frineds houses were like. I can talk to him like he's a life-long friend; he's nice; he's funny; he's cute; he talks to me; I feel confortable around him and I can joke around with him like we are best friends.
He told me "Merry Christmas and I'll see ya later!" And b/c his locker is 710 and mine is 711, he is at his locker between almost every class, and he talks to me all the time, and when he's @ his locker and I go to mine, he's always kinda hitting me or bumping into me with his shoulder, so I kina push him back and we start laughing! We have 4 classes together and everyday, he jokes around and talks to me more and more...he's nothing like the guy I used to like..I can actually talk to him-like I said-like he's my best friend and we joke around all the time..
Should I ask him if he has a gf when we go back to school on Jan 3rd after Xmas break? I actually like this guy and by the way he acts around me, he thinks of he as a friend...Do I have a chance of being his gf?

Ok..Guys..I need a legal advice. Please no guessing answer. I married a girl from India 1-year ago. We live with our parents. My parents bought $10K worth of jewerly to give her upon birth of my child. She was pregnant but 2 months ago she left the house when no one was there and opened a safe deposit box at a local bank and stole all that jewelry my parents had bought. After that in 2 weeks she went ahead and got the abortion. What are my parents legal rights? I was a tenant in my parents house and my dad and I had agreed that I will pay him $1000 a month rent for me and my wife. Based on this, what can I do? Can my parents file a police report against my wife? I am divorcing my wife because probably she murdered my child. Probably means I am not sure if it was my child. Any true legal advice would be truly appreciated.
