Ive been dating my bf for 2 yrs now and he's kept me a secret because he is somewhat famous. But he says that he doesn't want to hide me anymore because he wants me to share his joy in success. Recently I went to a premiere (can tell you which one, sorry). He introduced me to all his co-workers. They claimed that I was the ever famous mysterious girl he always talked about. It was overwhelming. After being around with the crowd and the cameras,...and the screaming crowds, I started getting sick and dizzy spells started kicking in....I don't like the limelite very much and I not used to screaming crowds or gossips and i fear that our relantionship will be effected. I'm really getting paranoid about this. I love him and I do want to share his joy but Im also afraid what Hollywood can do to us. What should I do? I don't know how to get adjusted. And I don't have friends around me that I can talk to other than his friends. I don't know if I should talk to him. What to tell him?

U r absolutely correct in ur attitude and it is beneficial for ur bf too that he got someone like u by his side.
Just tell him that U prefer to be his private possession though U too want to share his popularity.
Tell him he needs comfort at home and u want to provide him that, the professional life should have a separate position in his life.
But don't show right away ur aversion towards the media, publicity etc. take some time from him saying U need to adjust, and do it the same way.
A philosophical tips for U : Think that the focus is on U only till then, when He is famous, just b'coz u r his associate, not b'coz of ur performance. That will put U ground on the right footing.

Loving means sharing. You will just have to get used to it if this is his world. Try to meet some of the people around and for your own sanity, make sure he also takes part in your world which seems to be more quiet.

hmm. maybe he can hook you up with some female friends from his "group" then you wouldn't feel so out of the loop, that would be kinda scary.
