So yea, how would one specifically tell a girl that you like her. Just seems a little weird to go direct style and just be like "Hey ____, I like you, thanks."
Basically how would the conversation flow.

I know what you're talking about because I used to think the same thing.
That's when I realized that it is NOT a good idea to flat out tell a girl "I like you" or buy her flowers or write her a poem or any of that nonsense!
If you want this girl to like you, which I think it's safe to say that is your ultimate goal here...what you need to do is FLIRT with her and tease her. Other times just flat out ignore her.
Flirting builds attraction. This is what will also put you from the "friend" category to "potential boyfriend"! Girls like to be teased, and ignoring her makes her think "Why is he doing this? Is it my hair? Is it something I did? omg" ... and that's right where you want her!
If you flat out say "I like you" it will be awkward, and she will most likely not feel the same way back. When you give her all the power like that, it's not a good thing for you.
So start flirting with her and have fun!

Well, first you should compliment her. like tell her about her eyes, or notice a small detail about something she's wearing (like earrings). If she responds in a slightly negative way, don't be discouraged because she's just playing hard to get.
The best way to get a girl to warm up to you is just to talk with her or flirt...about anything at all. Don't be too nervous or self-conscious, but try to lead the conversation towards doing something together. Like ask her to go to the movies with you, or invite her to go with a group of friends if a date is too much.
By expressing the desire to do something together, you're basically letting her know that you like her. If you just come up to her and say, "I like you," imagine what will go on in her mind? she won't have any idea how to answer because you're putting a big burden on her. Instead, take the lead and ask her out. She'll like it when here only choice is whether to say yes.

it depends on what type of relationship you have with her, if any at all. it also depends on what type of female she is. is she up tight or free spirited? the free spirited one will be polite to you if she isnt interested, the up tight one may shame you and make you feel like crap.
regardless of circumstance, get the person alone and feel her out. look in her eyes. the eyes are the window to the soul they will tell you everything really. ask her if she is single, and what she looks for in a boyfriend...stuff like that...she will catch the hint, but make sure you play it cool....

basiclly it's got to be the right time.
the right place and mood.
just be confident and go for what you want.
get her alone and then just talk and find out what you have in common don't rush into things.
we don't like to be called prizes or trophies.
just get her alone and don't pressure or trap her girls don't like it.
just start coversation and let that go for a while then just pop it out like with compliments because girls love compliments.
we all love charming sweet guys.
just be yourself don't be someone your not.

just tell her straight up but dont be too stalkerish about it. that freaks girls out. if she likes u back then go for it, and if she doesnt just leave it at that because you wouldnt want to ruin your relationship because she found you to be creepy.

well...i think the most important thing for this, is to be honest. It's, of course, important wat you gonna say...but do it honestly. N' i believe that girls sense it! At least, i do n' it does matter the most for me. So maybe other galz will think alike.
