Plz don't tell me a tie...

He is 24 years old and loves computer stuff, of course that is all over $20.00. He is very active and hates to wast money on stuff he won't ever use, so I'd like to NOT get him something he won't ever use. He does not have any fav sports team or anything like that. I have no idea what to get him, he likes to play World of Warcraft but is not addictied to it, is there anyother game out there like it that I might be able to get him. He has a play station 2, any games for that or PC games??? I just have no idea what to get him. Each gift must be no more then $20.00

I love my husband very much and we have been trough a lot in the last couple of years. We talk everyday and he seems to be caring and thoughtful in our conversations. However my worry is we both have new jobs and we don't get to spend a lot of time together any more he works knights and I work days. I leave for work at 5:30am and he gets home from work at 2:00am I stay up to spend time with him but not soon after he gets home for work he will turn on his lap top and will not say much to me. He takes his lap top with him to work and now has changed his password on all his e-mails we were sharing our passwords since we both pay each other account online from time to time so we check each others e-mail I have not changed mine but he changed his and he thinks it is not a big deal. We have cell phones and when I call him he will not answerer and sometimes will not even call me back to see what I needed but he gets upset when I don’t answer the phone right away when he calls. I am worried and he said he loves me if he was going to leave he would he says I would leave way before he would ever leave me

Can a domestic violence misdemeanor charge ruin a career?
I have a friend whose husband is likely going plead guilty to a domestic violence charge as a misdemeanor and obstructing official business (another misdemeanor).

Her husband holds a prominent job with a large organization.

Will the charge effect his work or future work opportunities.

He is definitely guilty. They have loads of pictures from the domestic violence program, the police etc. He hasn’t ever done this before, but he did beat her really bad.

She just wondered because they have kids together and she is a stay-at-home mom.

This is in Ohio.

I would really appreciate links to forward to her with information. Thanks.

The position is a vice presidency of a nonprofit group..working only as a VP heading departments like computers, facilities, accounting, etc.. The guy is super great at his job. He has a binge-drinking problem and anger management issues at home. At work everybody LOVES him because he is so quiet and greatat getting his job more than done!

She is giving a victim impact statement at the pre-trial. She filed a CPO and had an attorney. There isn't going ro be a trial because his lawyer said he is pleading guilty to the DV misdemeanor.

Update: My friend, through her church, therapy and her own beliefs would like her family to be healed and remain together. Her husband is ignoring her and is supposed to be filing for a divorce and won't talk to her. She extended anolive branch and he basicallyemotionally beat her with it. His family supports him, she has no family, just us friends.

She is a mess emotionally..devastated!

IShe is in counseling and so are the kids and then someone called social services and they came to see her.

They went from being a niddle class family to poverty-stricken. It is terrible.

His pre-trial is Monday and she is trying to write her victim impact statement. She knows he will serve her with divorce papers right after that.

He's being nasty now and she has the opportunity to get the prosecutor to put him in jail, and yet she doesn;t want to hurt him.

I think she was right to cooperate with prosecutors, get a CPO, deny visitiation now, insist on bills being paid, etc. But he is mad at her and blames it all on her.

She is a stay at home mom with kids and they went from middle class to having nothing because he is ignoring the CPO and there is no money for her to get gifts for the kids or anything. Friends are bringing them food and the church brought some gifts. Her boys are 4 and 12..I think, maybe 5 and 11. I don;t remember.

Hi all,

I am 26yrs old and have been head over heels for a particular woman 3yrs my junior for the past ....umm 2 yrs. No, I'm not Don Juan. Anyhoo, we have been studying at the same uni, different courses but similar area of interest. We had been in the same class together for one semester and our eyes did flicker (ever so faintly mind you). The handful of times I have spoken to her were unfortunately verrrry short and just about the regular jibberish that went through my head at the time (i.e., Hi, how's it going? Enjoying yourself? yadda yadda) Needless to say she had no idea of the crush i had on her. She has just finished uni (I still have a few years to go). The problem is that after attending her final year exhibition (totally planned and solely to see her) I discovered that she has a boyfriend. Hello,

If a girl likes a girl/guy (doesn't matter the gender) do they stare alot. Went out last night and saw this really cute girl with a bunch of her friends. I wanted to talk to her, but I hate approaching girls when they're in wolf packs - it 's scary. She kept looking at me even though she was talking to her girls. It was kinda strange.

Why is it almost every guys I know wants to sleep with my g/f?? Most of them think she is hot, and say that they would gladly give anything just to be with her. If she runs during practice, they all stare. When they are supposed to run they watch her practice. I can't stand watching her try to land a backflip on the beam, but I love watching her do other, safer tricks. They all wanted to be the lifeguard in training fro her gym class and wanted to be the swimming managers.She's brown haired/eyes, 5'1, like 98lbs, and is the absolute sweetest, down-to-earth rich girl I have ever met. Should I be offended they like her so much?? She doesn't like them so I am not worried. They all are willing to run the 5 miles she runs to get home every day. Why do they like her so much??

Okay, so I knew that my boyfriend tried weed a few months ago. It was stupid and he admitted it and I asked him never to do it again. It conflicts with my morals, is illegal, not to mention a waste of time and money!! So he said that he wouldn't and that he hasn't. Well, he wanted me to change some of the stuff on his myspace and I ran across a message he sent someone saying he gets drunk/high everynight!! First off, I know this is not true! But secondly, I was worried that he may be smoking pot and not telling me!!! We have been dating fo about a year and this would be a serious deal breaker to me... I dont know what to do. A part of me thinks he was just trying to seem "big and bad" to the guy he was talking to, but I just can't help but freak at the idea that I could be in love with a POTHEAD!!!

My boyfriend had a bad day today, so I'd like to get something for him on my way home from work. I know that if I had a bad day, he would bring me flowers or something sweet. What's a nice equivalent for guys? I can't really think of anything personal.
