Plz don't tell me a tie...
He is 24 years old and loves computer stuff, of course that is all over $20.00. He is very active and hates to wast money on stuff he won't ever use, so I'd like to NOT get him something he won't ever use. He does not have any fav sports team or anything like that. I have no idea what to get him, he likes to play World of Warcraft but is not addictied to it, is there anyother game out there like it that I might be able to get him. He has a play station 2, any games for that or PC games??? I just have no idea what to get him. Each gift must be no more then $20.00

I can't change the price, we are both doing this. We are married and we have everything we want, if we don't have it we get it. So really its just about who can be more creative. We both are doing 5 gifts for 20.00 or less....as for a wallet, I got him a coach one last year so that will last him a while and he does not like clothes for gifts. He is in the Air Force so he does not need any work related things. I need some PC game titles that most men like. Oh and he does not like beer.

There are computer accessories that are inexpensive: blank cd's, cd cases, mouse pads, cables, printer papers (does he do special projects requiring special stock like card stock or photo paper?), does he have an anti-glare screen for the monitor or how about software for unusual screensavers? Go to an office store (like Staples) or computer specialty store and ask them what might be useful in the price range. If he's active outdoors, he might LOVE merino/alpaca socks. There are lighweight socks for bicycling or hiking in warm climates and heavyweights for cold weather activities. They are awesome because they wick away sweat and they are warmer than any other sock I've ever tried. Does he have a special treat, such as smoked salmon, exotic fruit, spicy barbecue sauce, candy or pastry? How 'bout a piece of spicy lingerie for you to wear for him? Most DVD's are under $20: maybe he has a favorite movie or documentary or comedian? Does he do any repair or maintenance work that might require a tool he doesn't have? There are always things for cleaning computer components inside and out. Does he have a decent pair of UV protection sunglasses? What about a flashlight with flasher function, maybe solar or shake powered, to keep in the car? It's always good to have a small tool set (like a screwdriver that stores multiple heads inside it), or a multi-function Leatherman type tool, a reflective triangle for breakdowns or a sunscreen for the windshield to keep in the car. The multi-function tools come in smaller versions that would be in your range, along with smaller Swiss army knives that have everything from corkscrews to toothpicks to scissors and flat screwdrivers on them. Good luck and don't panic, you'll do just fine! Happy holidays!

My husband doesn't usually get me anything except make-up, hair accessories, and kitchen-aids such as a mixer, griddle, blender etc. Mainly this is because I never know what I want or (as has happened in the past) thought he should already know what I want. And he is pretty easy to buy for... tools, movies, video games. So no, we don't ever get each other the same things. I have on occassion though, bought him movies that we both like, such as the Nightmare on Elm Street collectors set.

Why don't you just get him one or two present for $50 each?
Leather wallet, shoes, shirts, PS2 games (usually around $50 for new releases, $30 for older ones - be sure to check what ones he has first), alcohol, $100 gift voucher.
