My boyfriend had a bad day today, so I'd like to get something for him on my way home from work. I know that if I had a bad day, he would bring me flowers or something sweet. What's a nice equivalent for guys? I can't really think of anything personal. I don't get off work until late, so my options for stops are limited to grocery stores, convenient stores, etc. Any thoughts?

I did this for a male friend of mine who was having a crappy week a couple of years ago. I ran to the grocery store and got him a "cheer up" type card and a small teddy bear. I couldn't think of anything else. He really loved it and told me that it really made his week a lot better. He still has the bear!

i'm 0.5 Czech also and American. i extremely understand your plight. i'd a lot really receive a heartfelt "thanks" from someone that a tacky present. i'm under no circumstances constructive what I ought to do with them so I commonly throw them out first threat. i imagine between the worst presents are some Santa or Reindeer Sweatshirt with glitter. some thing that some 80 5 365 days previous lady in a nursing living house want. i'm only very much shocked at the same time as someone presents me with one. I thank them (no longer too profusely) and regift it to any older female in a nursing living house. i do not want to allure to close her. I only supply up at any nursing living house and drop off the Santa sweatshirt all present wrapped. I ask that they supply it to some lady that couldn't have a kin or someone that couldn't receive a present. yet another crummy present is a present of a health middle club or some type of exercising class. it is about as insulting because it receives. i'm curvy and do not sense i'm overweight. 5'8" and about 100 and fifty pounds. If i needed a health middle club, i'd purchase it myself. As for the Brazilian visitors, I do imagine they took income of you for weeks. for the reason that they were rather wealthy, they must have despatched you some type of present certificate or intense priced present alongside with a note of thanks for your hospitality. You kept them an outstanding quantity of money for your generosity. in the journey that they be sure to go back, i'd be busy and under no circumstances be so beneficiant as to sleep on a futon for some weeks this time. enable them visit a hotel. You sound like an excellent guy. this is the 0.5 Czech!

get a long coat and just have your birthday suit on under it. so when you come through the doors, make sure he's watching you when you take it off and you'll definately have his attention. some good lovin' after a long hard day definately takes one's mind off things. afterwards, run some hot bubble bath, light some candles, play some soft music and you two get in and soak and during this time, give him a body massage. he'll never forget that night, promise.

A beer and just a nice quiet night. Maybe a neck rub.

Hot shower, a rub down and a humdinger...works everytime.

Or you can make him a sandwich and just be quiet, he'll love that, too. (believe me)

If you're feeling especially generous you can do all of the above.

Get him a nice card or something. Or just be extra-sweet to him that day. Show him you really care and look out for him.

Maybe get him a pillow so he can relax.

What every he likes, not what you or your friends like.
Maybe:
Quiet time no talking, watch an action movie
great sex where you do the work or he does what ever is his favorite.
