Every year she comes to my b-day celebration and ends up haveing more attencion that me.. i dont like that. Its not respectful. I need sugestion to still her thunder on her b-day just to have fun with it??

Don't invite her, and as far as stealing her thunder, depending on how old you are, when you go to her party, just wear more revealing clothes than she is wearing. and just copy the same things that she does when she steals yours. Pay backs are a B****.........

First of all, just don't invite her to your b-day parties!!! JUST D0N'T!! tell your mom to not let her in if your really having problems.
About her party..go there and just yell and pretend to be the birthday gurlie
