A while ago I met a beautiful set of identical twin girls at a party and as they were standing by themselves, I started a conversation with them. We all talked for while and they were both interesting. A guy came up to me and said to me in front of the girls "Look, man. I don't mean to interrupt, but these girls are too fine for you to have both of them to yourself. Tell me which one you want to talk to and I'll take the other." So the girls then look at me and ask, "Yeah, which one of us are you interested in?" Aparently, one was interested in me, and the other someone else. But I had no idea which. I apparently picked the wrong one, and it's not like they were gonna let me go back and say, "Oh your sister liked me? Ok. I'll take her." I totally crapped out.

So the question is: What was I supposed to do? Is there any way I could have given myself a better chance than a coin toss?

Any women that have twin sisters, your insight would be most valuable.

I have trouble understanding why as she always looks beautiful and dresses well in my eyes. It's starting to become an issue in our relationship as her mood is constantly up and down. Does anyone have any advice on how to deal with this?

My boyfriend and I have been together for 5 months. Everything is going really well. Every month, there seems to be a week where he lacks on his communciation skills. He usually calls everyday and texts me tons of cute thoughts. But there seems to be this reoccuring 3-4 day period where he seems to forget to call or text. I told him in the past if he is in a bad mood not to call because it will end up making me feel like I did something wrong. He listened and doesnt call. I get upset and disappointed when he doesnt call or text me for a few days, more so I worry, that I am either smothering him and needs space, which I am the least dependant gf I know or I worry that he is getting bored. I always feel like I shouldnt call him or text him during this time because he might think I am annoying or needy. So often I just play the same game. Guys...in this situation what should I do? Despite his mood or situation should I just continue doing what I always do? Or should I back off?

One of my best friends (15 years+) has recently asked me to be in her wedding only 7 months away. She is insisting that the bridesmaids' gowns be purchased immediately. I am one of 6 bridesmaids, and the problem is that I am much larger than any of the other women. The bride is a size 8; all the other bridesmaids are between a size 4 and a size 10; I currently wear a size 24 (US sizes). Originally, she told me I would have a year to a year and a half to loose whatever weight I wanted (I've lost 15 pounds already), but she has now halved that by moving up the wedding. She asked for my input on selecting the bridesmaid gown, then refused to accomodate my request of having nothing strapless or sleeveless, due to the fact that while fine for thin women, these styles of dress look horrific on me.
Do I suck this up and spend the entire day looking like Jabba the Hut while everyone else looks fabulous, or do I simply withdraw myself from the wedding party?

when you have feelings for someone and you aren't sure how they feel about you. After a couple of drinks once, he told me he loved me but I'm not sure if I should believe that. It wasn't about anything physical cause thats a non issue. He isn't good about verbally expressing feelings.

My boyfriend and I were chillin with some friends last night and we ended up play fighting. But, it wasn't really that fun. I put up my fists like we were going to spar and my boyfriend grabs both of my wrists and turns them backwards away from their natural movement. I screamed "Ow, Ow Ow!" but he didn't let go until I said "that hurts asshole!" So I took both of my red wrists and slammed the bedroom door and said "you should have stopped when I said Ow the first time" He then comes into the room and violently grabs my right wrist saying "let me see" hurting it again. Is this phyiscal abuse? Do I really need to ask? He did it in front of other people too.
