You don't need to have his info to get a divorce. I am currently going through a divorce myself, after 10 years of seperation. Basically, the courts will have you try to locate him, by doing searches, family, friends, whatever. If you cannot locate him, they will do a publication in the last known place he lived, either in the newspaper or in the court house. He will have so much time to respond to the papers, and if he doesn't then they will proceed with the divorce, if he does respond then you go through the divorce as well, just with him present. Check you local divorce laws. You can even call the magistrate and ask them some questions or set up a consultation with a lawyer, most of them have a free first session. Check into it.

Why do you need his cell number to file for divorce. In most states if he's been gone for 2 years, that qualifies as abandonment. Find an attorney, and file divorce papers.

2 YEARS??? Geeze, what took so long? Do you know which service he goes through? Maybe you can drop by a mall with the service company and ask if they can give it to you. Explain your situition.
