What if a huy have feelings for a woman but he doesn't call her(she calls him more). Does that mean he is not interested, jsut using her, or is lying about his feelings. I dont know if i should leave this fuucker alone.

Most guy's show feeling's in different ways then women want just give it time and you will find how he shows emotion.

You most likely can use your discernment to decide if he has a valid reason to hold back. Be sure of this though, some guys DO have a reason to not put it all out there. Some of them are just scared or trying to play games on the other hand, which are not good reasons and therefore you shouldn't waste you time on him. But please, make your own decision.

Well it can happend that he is hidding his feeling...It does happend allot..Why is the reason a person hide their feelins ins because...They have problem with insecurity about you...Low selfsteem...Overarll Insecurity...Means he is no right for you if you already had a chat about what his truth feelings are...If you already told that person that should feel insecure about you and still that person feel insecure then that person is no good for you at all...Just move on...
