33, together with wife (32) for 11 years, married 7.
She had an adventurous sexual past prior to me, including threesomes and foursomes. I have no problem with her past at all.
I now, however, am so overwhelmed with the urge to have sex with other women that it is driving me nuts. I KNOW this is a problem and is dangerous. I have NEVER cheated on her at all. However, it is making it difficult for me to even function anymore.
My wife and I have a very active sex life (with eachother of course).
I started seeing a therapist about this in October and I told my wife why.
In August she suggested that we find a girl to have a threesome with. I thought she was kidding - now I find out she wasn't, but has changed her mind. She refuses to talk about this on any serious level for a MINIMUM of three years, she says.
I feel awful for wanting this but I don't know what to do. Therapy is not helping (yet?). I LOVE my wife but I am aching all day every day over this.
What now??

A straight guy in my history class said he liked my pants. I was wearing some nice pants from work.

Does that mean he's into me? Does that mean he just wants something? or can guys just say something like that and not mean anything by it???

There's this girl I like that I met a year ago. As soon as we met, I knew there was something about her. We spent the whole weekend together talking, and when we had to leave, we exchanged numbers. I would call about twice a week, and we would talk for and hour and a half to 2 hours. We started to talk less and less often, and now when I call, I miss her, and I get nervous. What can I do to be able to talk to her easier, and let her know I like her?

OK, say there's a situation where you've gained sixty pounds since you were married, how would you want your husband to approach you if he obviously still loved you, but, the physical attraction has started to wane?

Hi, I need help. I'm 14, my mom has a boyfriend that likes my brother (12) and I as much as he likes my mom. He could show better affection towards us in a week than my Dad could in a year. My Dad didn't do anything specifically wrong, but when my mom took me and my brother out of the country, he refused to go live there too because he didn't have a job there. We're not poor, in fact we're almost rich. We could survive even if he was un-employed. I feel as if he really loved me, he would move so we could see him everyday.
Yesterday, I saw him for the first time in two months. I didn't feel any excitement. Now, when I'm together with my mom and her boyfriend, I feel like we're a family. I've never felt this around my Dad. Help?? Similar stories and tips are greatly appreciated.

From our first date, my wife always bossed me around and pretty much told me what to do. Lately, it has gotten worse. She micromanages my entire life, from what I wear to the office to how to please her in bed. And when I screw up during loving, she yells at me and shuts it down. She also hits me often. Things have actually gotten worse over the past few months. She often "shooshes" me or tells me to "shut my trap." Last night, we were out to dinner with my parents and brother and she told me to shut the "F" up and jabbed me with her fingers in the throat - IN FRONT OF EVERY ONE. I later told her, near tears, how her actions were immasculating. Her response: "well, that's because you are not a real man . . ." I love her, and don't want to lose her. I feel the only way to save our maraige is to prove my manhood. I actually think she will respect me more if I strike her back next time. Like a swift donkey punch to the neck. Is this insane? Appropriate?

I grew the ugly duckling not paying attention to my looks but as I grew older and began to develop I began getting alot of positive and negative attention from my looks. I'm not into what a person looks like nor am I into myself. I get treated differently because of my looks by men and women and I dont like it. alot of people say to me "you just dont even know how pretty you are" or "I didnt like you when I first met you because thought you were conceited but your really cool" or "why would a women like you want to be with someone like me". I just want to scream sometimes its just the shell of a person, would you take the time to see whats inside!"

My ex boyfriend the other day confessed everything that i questioned him about. It wasn't pretty but i heard the truth he slept with a girl that interfered with our relationship because she wanted him for herself, they known each other for a while he said his feelings for me is totally different and me and her are complete opposites. He said that he just doesn't want to be in a relationship right now he still loves me and i will be the one he will marry in the future. We been through a lot together and been together for 6 years. He confessed everything because she called my cell phone 20 times playing on my phone saying that she is his friend and they slept together.I don't have sex with him, we still go out together thats it. If she is easy enough to have sex with him thats on her.Why did he felt like he had to confess everythingto me out the blue, we are not together, unless he just trying to play around then try to come back when he is ready for something serious.

He is a functional alcoholic (attorney), but both he and I know that his problem has gotten out of control. We laugh about it 80% of the time, and talk seriously about it 20% of the time.

When we talk seriously, I tell him that his problem is ruining his life, finances, work, and relationships (with family and women). He agrees.

I suggest counseling (and/or anything that will change his behavior), but he doesn't see how it will help. (He's super-smart and conceded, yet can be very insecure at times.)

What is my role/responsibility as his very good friend?

My son seems to cry whenever he is with his father. He screams when he changes his diaper. I told him that he should probably be a little bit gently with wiping him. He just gets mad and says Im to sensitive. He flips my son in the air, throws him on the bed and even slaps his hands when he gets into thing he shouldnt. At this age they can't comprehend. I just try and keep everything out of reach. I also watch a little girl in my home. Today he had off. The little girl started crying. He tried flipping her in the air and I told him to PUT HER DOWN! He came up to me and used the little girls feet to hit me in the face 4 Xs. I was so angry I cried. And he said AGAIN that Im too sentive of a person. This is the same excuse his mother uses on everybody. Him and his mom are very maniplitive (cant spell) people. Im not sure what I should do. Sometimes I want to leave him and his horrible mean but in mother. Am I overreacting? And YES Ive tried talk ing to him and suggested counsling.

sometimes there are single occurences where all of a sudden maybe for just a second...maybe for weeks...where you all of a sudden feel whole and complete as a human being...it could be that different things make you feel like this....from being involved in your community to watching leaves blow from the trees or snow fall to a kiss with your lover...whatever it is...its nice to think of the non materialistic things that make us feel good at this time of year...enjoy...;0)
