I definitely wouldn't want him to tell me I was fat. I'd prefer him come up to me and say he wants to get in shape and wants me to help with that. Walk together, workout together and eat well together. That means it's going to be work for you as well and I think it'll be worth it. Good luck.

I am a straight foward kind of person. So I would want my hubby to tell me how he feels. But I wouldn't want him to throw around the word fat.I have gained weight since we got together. But it doesn't seem to bother my husband he has always told me how beautiful I am.But if it were to start bothering him I would want to know so I can make a discion myself has to what I want to do about it.Weather I would want to lose weight to make myself more attractive to him or weather I would want to tell him to take me has I am or go.Either way if it bothers you talk to her.Or if you have a good relationship with her mom or sister maybe you could ask them to help you talk to her.Because she would probably take it better comming from anthor woman than from you. Please remember when dealing with her about her weight that if you married her for her heart and her personailty not her looks.Meaning if you are with her for love not lust. Than you should love her at whatever weight she is.And if you do love her for who she is not what she looks like make sure to tell her often especially if you approach her about her weight because it is going to hurt her when you do no matter how nicely you go about it.And you don't want her feeling like she is unloved or unappealing.Good Luck you are going to need it.

In my case he always says, "Well, I cant expect you to loose weight right away, you gave birth remember??!!. I used to be around 120 lbs. and now I'm 136 lbs. and I'm just 5"5' and so far he asks for it more than 3 times a week. I think that is more than ok for me.

I just went through this very thing. The women won't help you .They will tell you to be tender and loving( your wife will blow you off and keep munching) You have to be hardcore. tell her she is not the woman you married and you want her back. Agree to work out with her , pay for a trainer, gym membership ,diet counselor or what ever it takes for her to slim down. If you'd like to use the fear approach ,feel free to tell her I moved my fatty out just yesterday. I finally got sick of all the excuses. The science is simple eat fewer calories than you burn and you'll lose weight.

She knows you love her.. she knows she needs to lose weight.
I would ask her to work out with me.. go with her for walks, encourage but don't pressure her.
Best of all.. I would hire a professional trainer.. they are not that expensive.. and get her moving.
Metabolic Weight loss centers really really work and they teach you how to change your lifestyle permenantly.
lead by example and encourage encourage.
I am sorry... good luck

that is a difficult one maybe you should both go to a gym or
start an exercise program.I also think you should tell her how you feel.Maybe if she is reasured that you love her and want to be with her it would help.
good luck

Unfortunately you can not tell the truth. You can tell her you are concerned about her health though.
