i dont know if my gf is still interested in me. i tried to hold her hand once and she moved away and another time i sat next to her and she just randomly got up. im not sure if its her shyness or if shes not interested in me anymore. somebody please help

My family doesn't have a history of longevity, so have lost close aunt's and grandparents to death. The same is true of a few old friends. How do I react? You could say that I really don't, not in an impetuous or melodramatic way. When I learn that someone has died or is near death, I become inquisitive, wanting to know everything I can about how they died or what the problem is. I am willing to try and console those who may be more deeply affected than me, though I don't enjoy it or have a talent for it. But I don't cry with them. I don't hug them, unless they hug me. And I feel like I can understand them but don't feel or even desire empathy in that situation. Today, I got some bad news. My grandfather, a close relative who I bonded with and never lived more than 30 minutes away from, is in the hospital with a possibly fatal ulcer. I just came back home from visiting that room with my crying mom and cousin. I just didn't feel what they did. Should I?

Here it is............ i been dating this girl for about 4 months and i love her...we have a good realtionship. The problem is that when she drinks, she doesnt even know i am around. She rather get attention from other people. We only fight is she when she drinks. I dunnno what to do, i am always scared when she drinks she might cheat on me. ok I have this girls phone number and am pretty excited but when should I call her. Everytime a girl gives me her phone number I call then all of a sudden she starts ignoring my phone calls. I can't figure why they do that. It would really help because im really looking for friends but everyone is so busy doing stuff with thier other friends( They never invite me). I'm not ugly and I don't smell bad so whats going on. One of my closer friends that I lost says that I look very uncomfortable when im in a public situation but I can't help it. I've liked him for over three months now (I go to school with him) and I have one class with him. I've talked to him a few times and on friday he came up and started talking to me and a few of my other friends. Then I was on his skateboard and I couldn't get off when he had to go because I thought I was gonna fall so he picked me up and set me down. I messed things up w/ this girl and now since we were apart she found the guy that she thinks fate brought her, plus their ingaged. I am very happy with my girlfriend... but every month or two I meet and hold eyes with a girl who is very hot and also who is attracted to me. I don't take it anywhere and I usually let the tension fade by not acting on the attraction.

Is this a phase because I never really dated around much (i'm 23) or does it mean that my girlfriend isn't right for me? I do love her very much.

Am I superficial or do all guys want a girlfriend but also a whole bunch of hot women as friends who all wish they could be with him?

PS i'm good looking (have been told i should be a model), very confident, very smart (likely to make summa c_m laude) and outspoken in class, and attract many women.

My bf always plays video games for hours before he even starts his homework at the last minute. Every time he does that, he'd stay up all the night. It seems like he does things at very last minute. If I say something, he'd snap and talk back with attitude. It got to the point where he hung my laptop by hand as he yelled at me. Not a long time ago, I tried to get him the counseling and he refused to take it seriously. Should I back out and run from this relationship?

I don't have an engagement ring, I wear a 1/2 carat "right hand ring" (the bubble style) for a wedding band/engagement ring. It was about $600.00. My husband and I are thinking about a traditional solitaire, and band set soon. how big are your rings? I see people at work, and their rings look HUGE, but I would never ask how many carats they have at work....
