My preliminary hearing is coming up and I wondered if anyone thought a judge would give unsupervised visits to a father who has not visited his 2 month old son in a month, and has a long history of drug and alchohol abuse that has caused him to be in jail. He refuses to visit his son because it is supervised and he wants to take his son to his mothers house where he lives. This is a problem because my son was premature and his mother chain smokes, let alone my husband is constantly buying narrcotics online....I have alot of documentation but am so scared they will let him walk out of my house with my son...any ideas??

Ok I need some honest answers here. Why is it that people say in general to wait until you either meet someone special or wait until you are married when in fact they don't themselves? People also may say that they wish that they have waited but yet they still go messing around? Why is it ok for them and not others and look down on those who do wait?

Also why is when people say this they don't want to be with someone who waits. They would rather have someone who has experience? That sounds so horrible because while they are saying this there are people who ARE waiting but can't find anyone that will give them the time and day because of it. It's like they say one thing and do another. So my main question is why say it if you don't mean it?

My exboyfriend and I are friends right now. He was a really good boyfriend for me. I was really happy with him. He loved me but he just didnt want to admit to himself that he loved me. I tried getting it through his head that he loved me but he just didnt want to admit it. We spent an hour and an half last night being really touchy feely with each other last night. We acted like we were still dating each other. I mean yes I love him, want to be with him and he was the guy of my dreams. I mean if he didnt love me or at least like me he would have told me to stop touching him and would have left? What should I do?

I saw this show called the half ton man. This guy weighed a little over 1000 pounds and still managed to get a wife. And his wife never cheated on him. This would never happen with a man. Im starting to think that love is really what women want. Are women more shallow then they are letting on???

im not ugly or nasty but i never seam to get nice genuine lads?! i mean alot of guys text me and i have loads of male friends but when it comes to boy friends they just seam to get bored with me after a few weeks (sometimes days),

How can I tell a girl who is in a relationship that I like her?????

I was best friends with a girl for years, but we had a falling out and now I have no idea how to find her. I don't know where she lives or if she kept her married name after her divorce. I feel like I am going crazy. I am totally possesive. I want to know his every move. I still check his phone bills and question him about evertything. I cant seem to get over it. I know I am driving him crazy. If this doesn't end soon I will lose him and he is a good guy who made a mistake. Heaven knows I am no angel.
