Alright. This literally happened last night. My friend was asked out by this guy, and on the same day, hours later, asked out by another guy. About a month or two later, the first guy dumped her hard, the same words he broke with his last girlfriend. That was hard, because we all knew it. So now, she liked this other guy, but last night he asked out another girl. She was heartbroken. She remembered the guy, lets call him Kevin. She remembered Kevin, the guy that asked her out a little too late. She remembered that he was sweet, and funny, and cute, and wouldn't do anything to hurt her. My advice: Be that guy. Follow your heart. Bring it up casually in a sentence, like, "I know it's a little too late, but I wanted to tell you that I like you, a lot, and I know you already have a boyfriend. I just had to let you know, and I want you to be happy, whether you are with him or not." and if it's regretfully a no, if she asks, tell her "I will always be your friend, and i'll always be there for you."
Hopefully, tell her right before you go to calss, so you can say Bye quickly without an awkward silence.
Hope this works! Sorry its so long!

Check this out bro...
Tell the dude to his face that you plan on stealing her from him.
Since you and the chick are friends she'll always have you on the side as a listen buddy for her drama. Whenever you hangout with her make her laugh alot and every now and then do something sweet for her thats small (carry books, buy lunch, whatever.) Whenever her boyfriend sees you two hangout or talk or whatever he'll be pissed and paranoid. pretty much with time he'll start all kinds of BS drama between himself and her and will probably tell her what to do and who she can and cant be friends with. Thats stuff pisses off chicks and pretty soon she wont be able to take it and dump him for being controlling and argumentive.
Then you can tell her you like her.

A rose can say I love you and want you to be mine, A rose can say I thank you for being so very kind, A rose can say congratulations, whatever the occasion may be, A rose can say I miss you and wish you were here with me, A rose can say I'm sorry if I've hurt you in any way, A rose can say get well soon, May God bless you today, A rose can say I wish you happiness, and the best for you each day. A rose can say farewel when someone goes away, A rose can say hello, I'm thinking of you today, There's just so many wonderful things that a rose can say, A rose can say goodbye when a love one is laid to rest, No matter what there is to say, a rose can say it best.

wait until she gets out of the relationship. It will change things even if you do not want it too it could be good or bad you have to make that choice if you want to tell her or not.
She is not married so but i would at least wait until she is out of the relationship so you do not make things more complicanted then it has to be.

Don't do it. If she is 15, the relationsip probably won't last for long anyway, and then you will have your chance to talk to her about it. If you tell her now, she will see you as being selfish and trying to break them up.
