If you won custody of your daughter can you please tell me how did you do it...was the mother unfit? What are the chances of winning your daughter when the mother is not unfit, however lives off of welfare and its always looking for a way to cheat the goverment to get free money....! Can you please advice...? Thank you for your opinion or personal experience is greatly appreciated.

I met this guy on a holiday trip. we are currently emailing each other and apparently have a crush on each other. once, after not receiving his email for a few days, i called him a few times on his mobile quite late at night, and after a few tries, he switched off his mobile. next day, he emailed me that he had gone without sleep for a while and was very tired and next time, if he doesnt answer my call, not to call him repeatedly as he would reply asap. said he was really really very sleep deprived. didnt answer his email after that and after a few days, emailed me again to say that he must have hurt my feelings and didnt mean to do that. and asked after my life and such. is he interested or simply tired? i like him and according to him, he had a crush on me. what do you think?? If he's not interested, why would he email me twice? guilt??

Additional Details

PS: he apparently works darn hard, finishing work most days at around 11pm, sometimes, till the wee hours.

I hatepeople who always complain baout never having any money!!!!
My inlaws drive But are never ever really flat brokeme insane!
They say they are always so falt broke but they can go for massages once or towice a month and go to the city once a week for groceries (they live on a farm)
It is just so so frustrating !!
anyway just wondering if anyone else is sick of hearing the same old story as to why these people have no money ???

Both my friend and I are 18 and we have known eachother for 5 years. After not seeing him for about a year, I got together with him and a few of our friends to go to the movies. When I went up to pay for my movie ticket, he took out his money and paid for me (he insisted). After the movie as we were walking out to our friends car, he put his arm around me. When we all got back to my friend's house he gave me a kiss on the head. Here's what's getting me confused: He rejected me a few years after I told him my feelings for him. That same night I had a dream that we ended up in a serious relationship and ended up getting married. These dreams have been coming back several times since I last saw him. He is now a freshman in college all the across the country and I am a senior in High School. What do you think? Is there a chance or not? He is probably coming home for Thanksgiving, and as far as I know he is still single. I'm not counting on anything happening...

I know of a situation where the mother of a 3 yr old has made false accusations of sex abuse. Is there any recourse to sue her?
What can be done ? She has a temper problem but has not physicaly harmed the girl but I don't know what she has said that might be abusive. What can an innocent man do to defend himself from blatently false accusations like this.
I think a woman making false accusations is just as bad as the thing she claims is happening.

they other night I was using my husbands cell phone and another call was coming in unavailable I hung up with who I was talking with and told my husband he had another call and handed him the phone he acted funny and hit the end button I ask him why he didnt answer it and he said it was probably a sales person, well later on that night while he was in the shower I went through his calls and he has alot of unavailable calls all day long that he answers. anybody understand this one?
