my spouse gets really excited during sex. he really hurts my tets, soemtimes I feel he is biting them off!!how can I tell him not to?

Just say ouch! And tell him not to bite too hard because it hurts.

I would recomend asking him not to do it so hard, take a few test bites and tell him when it's enough, and let him know that it really hurts you and makes sex not pleasurable for you. He loves you and I am sure will be considerate, not you have to understand that he gets excited and passionate so he doesnt mean to hurt you. Trust me I have been guilty of this many times :-) but I have solved the situation this way.

Find a quiet time, just the two of you. No TV, phones, kids(if you have any), and gently tell him he needs to take it easy on you. Maybe you could decide on some kind of signal since its only during sex when he gets really excited right? You could even try writing what you are going to say on paper, then read it to yourself out loud so you can hear how it will sound to your husband.

Just tell him "ouch that hurt's don't do that anymore!" He'll stop. Men can't read minds. Learn how to communicate and you'll get really excited during sex too.

Just kidding, when you two are not in the mood for sex just let him know that the biting of the breasts is getting to painful. Tell him to just lick them.

I've had that same problem. I didn't want to hurt his feelings, but I also had to say/do something so I just told him that I loved the things he did to me, but sometimes he kinda loses control and he gets a little rough. I have also just tried to sort of move so he'd move onto something else. Hope this works!

You have to tell him - you are sacrificing your needs for his...not a good precedence to set. But whatever you do, don't do it during sex....have a talk later on, like the next day at breakfast. A man's ego is located in his pants....chastising him during the act will affect him.

Open communication is the best ,,, you need to talk about what you like and dislike and what he likes and dislikes,,,, show him what you want and have him show you what he wants,,,, after awhile it's just all good!!!!

Tell him how sensitive they are, and that it is not pleasurable to have him bite them. Also you can remind him what it would be compared to on him. Ask him if you bit hiis____, very hard, if he would like that? If he thinks it's funny-- DO IT!!!!! Bet you he won't be laughing!!!! What's good for the goose______!
