My Guy friend got mad at me because i sat with my other friends when we all went to lunch one day. He acted like I was obligated to sit with him. I know he really likes me but should he have gotten so upset over a little thing like that? because I can't drink alcohol. I live with my parents we have a indoor swimming pool. So I was thinking instead of drinking alcohol on mind 21st birthday I was thinking I could swim naked. I was raped when I was younger and I became pregnant. I couldn't have the baby. I wasn't emotionally stable nor did I want kids at that time. k this is the situation. a WHILE ago, this guy told me that he wanted us to be together, that he hadn't met a girl like me and much much more. I was with another guy at the time and he stepped in, basically told him to back off. I didn't think of him like that then, but since then we have been friends. Now I am starting to fall for him. i think he's an amazing guy, i fall asleep on him sometimes, i think he's sexy, caring, funny. I'm not sure if he still feels the same. He calls me baby, honey, sweetie. says he misses me when i'm not around. that i should remember what he used to say to me, and nothing changed. i moved to a new place, and the day i moved in he drove over to help me pick my stuff up and take me to where i had to go. without asking. he is always asking what i'm doing and then seeing what he can do to help. i cant just let it flow because it's been two years and i stopped the flow before. i have to at least start something off and then see where we go.

a follow up question to my previous ones ... to know exactly what (i'm talking about read my other questions for the day Thanks!) i really feel that my bf has not been completely honest with me about this whole situation with his ex. i do however believe that he is telling the truth when he said that he has not cheated on me. i don't think he's been sleeping with other girls. but, i think that he was talking to her and was sorry that he got caught. is it possible that he really does love me like he says he does and that he was just messing or joking around with his ex. and now that i know he realizes that he could lose me and is still saying that hes telling the truth so that i'll stay? sorry i'm just so confused and frustrated!

need help from the adult ladies out there, it would be greatly appreciated. I need to know how to read this situation so I don’t make an a** of myself tomorrow (I’m 30, and this girl is 34, neither of us have ever been married). I went out with this girl twice, the last time was a year and a half ago. The first time we went out things went ok and we made plans to go out again. Then one of her longtime friends got in the way and they began seeing each other. She lives one hour away from me so it would have been a long distance relationship. She broke up with him a few months later. We went out again shortly thereafter. I went to see her. At the end of the date, she said that she would have to come down to see me next time. she had indicated previously that the distance turns her off because she has to drive 45 minutes everyday to work and that was what was precluding her from starting a relationship with me.. It’s really complicated, but like an idiot I never asked her down because I kept coming back to the “she doesn’t like the distance thing so she isn’t really interested”. I didn’t want to have to deal with the rejection because she is an awesome girl and I could have seen myself falling hard for her and then end up hurt. If I missed my chance with her I’ll never forgive myself. Here’s the thing. We’ve kept in touch consistently for the last year and a half and email nearly daily (sometimes to the point of excessive since we are both at work!). Sometimes about absolutely nothing at all, but other times about life and what’s happening in each of our lives. Over this time I’ve begun to realize that I have some serious feelings for her, like she might be THE ONE. Back in January I realized this and I asked her out to lunch but she said that she had started seeing someone and “didn’t think it would be fair for all of us involved” to get together. So we went on like usual. I casually mentioned to her about a month ago that I had started seeing somebody (I’m not anymore but she doesn’t know that), and she immediately responded by suggesting that we needed to get together sometime. She is planning on coming down to my town to do some shopping and wanted to get together with me afterwards. Today, she mentioned that she’d like to switch up the schedule though, that she wants to see me first then do the shopping later. Can you give me your interpretation of the situation? Am I in the dreaded “friend zone” or is there a chance she is waiting to see my reaction and if I still have interest? I need the female perspective. Thanks in advance for your help, I am an absolutely pathetic mess.

OK. We are a gay couple.
I am 21 and he is 32, yeah i know the age difference probably plays a role in this somewhere.

It does NOT in Michigan. Insurance companies don't recognize it either the policies clearly say that your legal spouse is the beneficiary-this means in Michigan if you shack up you are out of luck and yes his or her children can claim everything and exclude you from everything.
