When I was a kid in Little League, I always wanted my own bat, but nobody ever gave me one. Then I got a paper route and saved up my money and got my own bat. But as soon as I opened the box, it flew away.

I know I sound pathetic, but I haven't had friends over to my house since I was kid. Now my friends have invited themselves over for my b'day and I really don't want them to come! I just feel like my house, family etc won't measure up to theirs and that they'd have a rubbish time at my house and judge me. Don't get me wrong, I'm not some insociable loner, it's just that having someone over to my house is a bit of a step into my personal space for me. I can't exactly tell them not to come cos I'm too embarrassed... so what should I do?

the thing is on the 1st date all we did was talk into the small hours of the morning, but now when i text her or ring and ask when we can go out again she tells me she is busy. Am I wrong in wanting to hold out for her in the hope that something will happen or should I move on and do something with my life, I really do like this girl but she keeps giving me mixed messages on how she actually feels. Now i'm not the most confident person in the world I am a little overweight and it was a shock that she wanted to go out with me but I had a great time with her it was one of those comfortable times when you can talk about almost anything and we didn't want to rush but now I think I may have made a mistake somewhere along the line but i'm not sure what??
Please guys and girls help me to get my head sorted it's way to complicated for me to do alone.

Why do caucasian people (who are racist) always make the excuse that black and white people should not date and marry, because the children will have problems growing up? This isn't the 1960's; this is the 00's.

My friend & I have been together for 4 years and she is very controlling & over bearing at times. She wants to run my life & tell who I can & cannot see. I have been trying to stop doing things with her & stop calling her too. Now she is stalking me. She sits across from where I work at and she follows me at times. She text messages me all the time telling me to call her when I can & when I have time. Why does she stalk me?? What does that mean? I thinks she likes me like a girlfriend too. She is always showing me affection. I wished she wasn't like this at all. What should I do??

I met a guy two months ago and hooked up with him. I gave him my number, but didn't expect him to call me because guys usually don't call back if they already hit it.
He called me on Friday and asked if I remembered him. I did, so we decided to meet at my job. I work at a restaurant and he came in, had a couple drinks and ate. It was weird seeing him, I kinda didn't recognize him, but once I did I gave him a hug. We decided to meet up later at a bar after I got off work.
I went with my friends and he with his. He was very nice, he bought me and my friend a beer and he was holding my hand. Later we all went back to my place, and we ended hooking up again.

I'm surprised now because he has called me every day. We don't meet up, we just talk on the phone. Why is he doing this???? I think he just wants to hook up, but then he starts talking about future plans, like going camping. He also asked me when was the last time I had a bf and went out on dates. He also told me he likes me.

Ladies,

Do you prefer your men to be circumcised, uncircumcised, no preference at all? And additionally, do you have a preference for a particular activity? (i.e.: uncircumcised for oral, but circumcised for regular, etc., etc.)

My married lover is on vacay for a week. I miss him SO MUCH! I know there's an unlocked window at his house. Is it okay to let myself in if I don't intend to touch or open anything or snoop. I just want to smell his clothes...*sigh*

My fiance broke up with me 1 week before I was supposed to move in with him (he lives 2 hours away). Our relationship has been great and we did not have a fight (we only ever had maybe one fight!). He said @ the time that he was in love with me and that I am his best friend but he was scared to make the wrong decision. I know he still loves me b/c the day after he broke up with me he drove to my house and we just cried togethr all day but he said he feels sick to his stomach when it comes to taking that final step to moving in together. I think he is commitment-phobic, but how can I get him back???

Going in and out of relationships, finding the right person then loosing him, lossing things in life, and most importantly loosing faith and urself builds hoplessness and failing to beleive in the better.

Are there people here who have a problem with jealousy?
For example one of your bestest buds has like the best voice I ever heard, is a deadly dancer and everyone just thinks she's awsome and cool.
It is stupid to say this but she makes me feel like a nobody and like I have no talent, I know she doesn't mean it and doesn't even mention it but I just can't help to be totaly jealous of her.

How can I beat this feeling?
