Why do people like to stalk people?

My friend & I have been together for 4 years and she is very controlling & over bearing at times. She wants to run my life & tell who I can & cannot see. I have been trying to stop doing things with her & stop calling her too. Now she is stalking me. She sits across from where I work at and she follows me at times. She text messages me all the time telling me to call her when I can & when I have time. Why does she stalk me?? What does that mean? I thinks she likes me like a girlfriend too. She is always showing me affection. I wished she wasn't like this at all. What should I do??

people get obssesed and think they have to know every move that the person being stalked does. its crazy.....

Im haveing a similar problem and I think this is a bad thing. I dont know what to do but I know that if you ignor her then she might leave u alone. I think the girl im haveing problams with likes me 2. You also should start hanging with other people and try to not think about her. If you hang with people that she realy dont know then she would not talk 2 u 4 a while. She might still stalk u though when your not with that person.

first question: Because they worship them, they think they are the best people in the world and they want to be just like them.

second question: Get a restaining order if it is that bad.

tell her to stop controlling your life and she needs help and if she gets mad then run for the hills.

tell her that you guys can be friends but that you need your space....ask her why she does it and try to get her to talk to you about it
